This KFC hosted the worst experience of my life on a Friday night, I don't know who's in charge of hiring people that work here... but something has to be done if you plan to be in business at this location. Rudeness, inability to provide the simplest of fooditems and just no care at all, Wow! is all that I can say, but I will not be back....Clean it up KFC.....one black eye can ruinthe franchise. The workers were good, it was taking a minute because they ran outof cooked chicken, that was ok, i couldn't stand how the... manager was so unprofessional. She had a young staff and they actually was working, but even if they weren't we should not haveheard all of that. Had it had been my child or children I would have taken them home and let her deal with the aftermath.Yelling and hollering, a bit much. Read more
You know what's fun? Having to rinse off your chicken sandwich because it has hot sauce on it. If you order a CLASSIC chicken... sandwich here chances are 50/50 that you will get the wrong sandwich. I go here for my wife. She like the 2 piece dark meal, sheprefers 2 legs. It is like a penance that has to be paid. I have called the store, asked at the window to be sure, and half thetime I get home I have 4 ounces of the spicy sauce on my sandwich. website & door posters claimed there was fast pick-up but i just had to sit through the long drive thru like normal then they... forgot a biscuit and side of fries. my dad & brother claimed their food made them queasy, but mine & my mom's was great. Read more
Update 4/28/22 - My order today was so fresh and hot that I had to let the chicken cool down first! And this is coming from... someone that loves steam coming off his food. I also have to up their order accuracy score to 95%. They've only gotten oneorder wrong on the past couple of months, and they immediately made things right. I highly recommend this location, especiallyso if you haven't had good KFC in a long time. Don't be afraid if the line is short, either. Your food will still be highquality! Original review: This KFC has been consistently good with their food quality. But make sure that your order iscorrect before you drive off. I rate them 100% on food quality, 90% on order accuracy, and 80% on speed of service. But withtheir food always so good, I can overlook the other stuff and still rate them 5 stars. Read more
The chicken sandwich war continues. This time tried the new KFC Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo. As you can see no skimping on the... pickles. The chicken breast was tender and a good size. Strange shape but tasted very good. It had a good crust and only onesmall spot of undercooked coating. I like spicy and the sauce used is far spicier than expected. Almost on the border for somebut delicious. Fry's were tasty and have a spicy coating. Will say they gave me too many, which is rare these days. Overall agood addition to the sandwich wars. Read more
