Poor customer service. I thought speaking to a manager would be helpful, but Hope wasn?t any more helpful than the cashiers at... the front desk. Would never come to this location again or recommend it to anyone else. Read more

The service is great and the staff?s friendly enough. Some of the food quality has changed. Don?t get me wrong most of the food... is good and fresh, but the last 4 or 5 times I?ve gotten the traditional wings they were not fresh. They were rubbery and tastelike they were old. Ordered the five chicken finger meal. Went to get my Cherry Coke and it tasted horrible. They gladly refilled it with Cherry... Coke from behind the counter. Got called up to get my meal and after picking up and going to search out a clean table I noticedthere was no knife. Had to go back up to the counter to get a knife. Went back to my seat and began to eat and chicken fingerswere soggy and fries were not cooked all the way through. I dumped in the waste basket and left. Not going to give it anothertry. Our first visit to Zaxby's came after a long day moving our son into Florida Polytechnic. I was pleased to find fried chicken, ... grilled wings and chicken salads to satisfy the differing tastes of the three of us at the table. The young man at the counterwas very patient with us Out of Towners and though we could definitely see the effects of inflation in the prices, overall itwas a nice experience. We go to Zaxby's on the regular. We did the drive through today. Almost every item they make is delicious. The fried pickles... though need some revising. The breading they use before frying them is too salty (and I LOVE salt). Otherwise yummy ???? Theirfries are incomparable. Literally. NOONE makes fries like Zaxby's!!!! Sooooo good! Read more
