Poor customer service. I thought speaking to a manager would be helpful, but Hope wasn?t any more helpful than the cashiers at... the front desk. Would never come to this location again or recommend it to anyone else. Read more
The service is great and the staff?s friendly enough. Some of the food quality has changed. Don?t get me wrong most of the food... is good and fresh, but the last 4 or 5 times I?ve gotten the traditional wings they were not fresh. They were rubbery and tastelike they were old. Food was hot and fresh. Little skimpy on the fries this time. But overall, good experience.
Ordered the five chicken finger meal. Went to get my Cherry Coke and it tasted horrible. They gladly refilled it with Cherry... Coke from behind the counter. Got called up to get my meal and after picking up and going to search out a clean table I noticedthere was no knife. Had to go back up to the counter to get a knife. Went back to my seat and began to eat and chicken fingerswere soggy and fries were not cooked all the way through. I dumped in the waste basket and left. Not going to give it anothertry.
