Ordered via app. Told it would be ready in about an hour which was fair considering it's a Friday night. Called 3 times 30... minutes early to check, no answer. Show up 10 minutes early and the food is COLD. Cook had the audacity to look is in the faceand go back and forth saying it was "fresh". Sure, if fresh was an hour ago. Unbelievable. 25 minutes later we get fresh chickenbut no fries in the bag. That's another 10 minutes. 1.5 hours for freaking chicken. Unreal. Read more
We walk in and it smells bad but we decide to give it a shot since we thought it might be a smell from a sauce. The girl who... took our order was nice so we got our drinks and we approached the drink machine we were hit another stench of an uncleaned sodamachine, and there was no ice. We sat down and waited for our order, after 30-40 minutes we got HALF of our order so we went upto the pick up counter and asked if the rest of the food was on its way but the lady responded with attitude and dirty looks andtold us that we were the ones who put it on a separate order which we did not, it was the same transaction, she then told us tosit down and wait. She and one other lady were too busy preparing their own food before the customers. Before she left, withoutus noticing she put our food on the DoorDash order counter and left it there for the next 20 minutes. So we went back up to thecounter where we asked the same lady who took our order and she handed us the food which was behind her the whole time. Ourorder was wrong we were still missing food and when we asked for the rest of it, we were given more attitude and dirty looksfrom a girl wearing an ugly blue hair net. Unacceptable is the only word to describe. There is no scenario where a couple boneless wing and fries should take over an... hour. You can see no effort in the employees , but is most likely not their fault. They definitely need new management. Foodwas not up to Wingstop standards or any wing place standards, they might as well should have gave me a gallon of their dirtyoild too. Fries were burned and not fresh. Avoid if possible! Read more
My order was done on time however there was no ice in the ice machine and the coke was flat. The wings themselves were good but... the mild/hot sauce is gross taste like preserves as well as the lemon pepper either that or it?s expired. The fries aredisgusting no flavor and they have a strong grease taste. The only thing that actually tasted good was the ranch & im a ranchlover but it just wouldn?t cover the taste of the mild sauce. The price is definitely good for what you get but the quality orpreservation of certain things I don?t think are up to par for a restaurant chain you have the money so you should invest inbetter sauce & fries. I may purchase the wings again plain as they were great and priced affordable compared to other wingplaces but that?s about it. Read more

First of all I have eaten Wingstop before it even came to Lakeland so I know what Wingstop is ?supposed? to taste like?and this... Wingstop doesn?t even come close to how I KNOW it?s supposed to taste. Last time I went they didn?t even know how to make theCajun or Louisiana rub flavors! They were asking me if what they made was correct and I told them NO! How are you workingsomewhere and don?t know what you?re making???? They need to seriously train the cooks how to cook and season properly. They aremaking the Wingstop corporation look BAD! Read more
Place was filthy. The drink area was disgusting. Looked like it had been cleaned in days. The coke freestyle was out of ice and... 90% of drink flavors. I watched one of the employees outright refuse to take care of it and walked away. Employees argued andacted like they were at home. They used the same paper towel roll that was meant for the customers. Each time they used it theyleft the next paper towel wet and dirty. I only ordered two meals and they still got it wrong. To much arguing and horse playnot enough attention to detail or cleaning.They couldn't pay me to eat there again. Food was mediocre at best. Not worth theprice and having to endure the filth. I've been to this place twice, both times I placed the order online to pick up at the restaurant. No one in this place speaks to... you, asks how they can help or acknowledges that you've even entered the building. The first time, I thought maybe they'rehaving a rough day, it was late in the afternoon after all. The last time though, they had just opened. One person was ahead ofme waiting, then there were about five people in line waiting. It wasn't until I asked if I should just pick up my order(because you can see the orders on the rack) myself???... did someone speak to me to say no. At that point I was helped. Beforethat, not one word to anyone. It is the most unwelcome I've felt anywhere. Their whole staff should be put through a customerservice class. As for the food. It's decent... it's what you'd would expect from a typical chicken joint. I gave it one starbecause in my book, customer service trumps the end product. Read more
