This is a significantly poor product quality producing Wendy?s. I highly advise no one to eat at this establishment. Just drive... a few more minutes down the road to another Wendy?s. The customer service is really bad, and the food is worse. I have nevervisited this restaurant and was satisfied. Bad bad bad, save your money and time. Read more
Every Wendy's iv ever been to always has fresh food. Always has delicious hot fries. The four-for-four is now called the biggie... bag. Honestly, they should have not changed the price or anything on the four-for-four. I miss the four for four. Thefour-for-four now doesn't have the junior bacon! absolute TRASH! I ordered a caesar salad and requested to substitute the chicken for spicy. I also asked for extra caesar sauce... and croutons to come home w absolutely no sauce or croutons in my bag. I dont think its that hard to make sure everything apaying customer asked for is in the bag. Then when i try to call no one answers. very ghetto. Read more
I don't understand why you have to get rid of the vanilla Frosty while you have the strawberry one. If you have strawberry as... your seasonal then why would you get rid of the two that you have year-round? That does not make sense. Please learn how tojuggle all three at once. They always add such little amount of nacho cheese to the baconator fries and backed potato?s, that they?re always dry. Always!... Also, this is extra bacon. They charge extra bacon but it?s never actually extra. Read more
The cashier was really nice and sweet and conveniently took my order. I had ordered jalapeño popper salad and a strawberry... lemonade and it came quick. Everything was practical. I give it a 9/10. Read more
Three people in front of us to get 5 meal combos and it took 20 minutes with a screw up. Ours was 5 meal combos but again she... screwed up and forgot one. It took us 50 minutes to get our meals. The people behind us were extremely patient and obviouslyhungry. The chicken parmesan isn't what it's cracked up to be. So in the almost hour we were there; the poor clerk screwed up 4orders. And we pay these kids $15 pr hour. * have to say that the employees were ALL very polite. Read more
