Visited for lunch on June 10, 2022. Ordered the classic ham sandwich on ciabatta along with ham & bean soup. Food was excellent.... Bread and sandwich fixings were perfect. Soup was a meal in itself with lots of ham right off the bone. Venue was comfortable,clean and quiet. I'll be back! Read more

I?m a big Honey Bake person. After buying Mothers Day special I?ll never buy a ham there again. It was full of fat. Since Covid... you can no longer see your ham. So they get buy selling hams full of fat. I?ll keeping going to get sandwiches but no more hamsfor me. Read more

The best ham and red velvet cake I?ve ever had!!! Key to the ham? follow the instructions! I?ve had someone take a delicious ham... and mess it up by over cooking a already cooked ham lol. Room temp & I put it in the oven for maybe 7-10 minutes jus to slightlywarm & omg!!! So delicious!!!!! Staff was super nice! I was expecting a long wait because it was Christmas Eve but nope! This place is amazing! If I could give it more stars, I would!!!! We placed a sizeable order for a co-worker and her family as... they just lost their son. I went into the store and was greeted by the sweetest person, Susan! She took care of everything. Shewas so helpful and kind! It was my first time in the store, but definitely not my last! This was my first time having Honey Baked Ham. My family served ham, Cajun turkey, a smoked turkey breast, and a roasted turkey... breast. Everything was excellent. I only gave it 4 stars because the turkey was not fully cooked as indicated even afterwarming it for the recommended amount of time. There was some bloody joints where the thigh connected. Thankfully we carved itbefore serving it to anyone who might've gotten sick. We simply carved it up and put the pieces back in the oven for another 30mins. We have decided we're never cooking turkey or ham again. It will always be Honey Baked Ham. Read more

Very rude customer service representative. I told her I want a bone in ham. She just went to the fridge grabbed one rang it up... and voila $93 (let?s not even talk about the +$3/lbs in price hike over last year)!!! She didn?t even ask me what size, didn?tshow me the ham, didn?t do anything to support the purchasing experience. If there wouldn?t have been a line behind me than Iwould have asked for a manager after I quietly questioned her if there is a smaller like 6-7 pound ham and if I could see it.She only rudely answered that it is only size they have and that they are all the same. Proceeded to tell me to swipe my card. Ifelt insulted by her. I don?t mind paying a 500% premium on a high quality item but please at least pretend in customer servicethat you care about your customer. Still give 2 stars because it tastes amazing. Read more

We loved the honey baked ham company. We happen to be in the neighborhood and decided to stop here for lunch. Hubby had a club... sandwich, and I had a salad. (I forget which one.) It was excellent. The service was awesome too. Polite and patient when triedto figure out what we wanted. We haven't eaten lunch here in many years. Not because it wasn't good, more of we don't visit thisshopping center much. Also, the time we're both off work, they're closed. If you haven't been here, or it's been a while sinceyou have, it's with the visit. Next time we're in the neighborhood, we will definitely do for lunch.
