Chicken wasn't good and they had no biscuits. The cashier didn't tell me until I was at the window. Then, I almost pulled off... and noticed he didn't give me my drink. I blew my horn but they didn't hear me. So I ended up getting out of the car and bammingon the window to get their attention. Read more
This Taco Bell has so many problems I don?t know why I keep going back to try and get food there. They mess up my order 1/3 of... the time. They ask me to come in from the drive through speaker. I end up going to the Taco Bell further down memorial towardsauburn sale which is much nicer! I wish the owner would get his restaurant under control and into shape. Not going back anytimesoon. When we arrived, the restaurant was completely packed, inside & out. I understand that this is typical for a fast food joint... around dinner time, but the service we received was hands down THE WORST that I've ever received! The kid taking our order,FAILED to inform us that they were out of dark meat BEFORE ringing up & charging us for meal combos that included dark meatentrees. He didn't even hand me the cup for my drink, he just put it on the counter & walked away! Comes back 10 minutes laterwith only 1 of the 3 meals ordered, calls out our order # (as if it were our entire order that's ready to go), places it on thecounter w/out handing it to either 1 of us AND AGAIN WALKS AWAY to start working on another customer order!! When we finally gethis attention, ONLY THEN does he tell us that they're out of dark meat & that it would be another 15 minutes (had already beenthere 30min+ at this point), but only after arguing about our order & receipt with my companion. My friend politely asked if hecould freshly remake the 3 wraps that were now cold & soggy whenever the rest of the order was ready, the kid grumbled under hisbreath, snatched the bag from my friend & WITHOUT REMAKING THEM, put them inside the bag with my hot combo meal ANOTHER 30minutes later... Can never get an order right. They either miss a sauce a side or put someone else's half order in with my order. I asked for... tenders meal with honey mustard and the bag had no honey but did have a chicken sandwich and two chalupas and Cinnamon twist. Itried their attention and the lady kept telling me to move up so I left. I only go here out of necessity. Read more
I ordered the 12 piece crispy chicken withv3 sides. I love 17 minutes away from this restaurant. When I got home I had no gravy... for any of the mashed potato's. I drive backvfor the gravy and I want compensated at all. I get home and served my food but thechicken wasn't crispy it was either over fried or fried more than once. It was impossible to eat, past crunchy. I won't go hereagain. Read more
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. When we got there, there was NO ONE in line. Waited 35 mins for 4 tacos. They had us pull up and... park in a spot. Another car came through the drive thru and we waited another 15 mins. We ended up receiving a KFC order which Iknew was not ours, so I went up to the other car waiting and asked if they ordered KFC. They said yes, so I gave it to them. Thedoors were locked so we then had to bang on the door for our food which then an employee said "oh someone was supposed to haveran that out 40 minutes ago".
