The old lady with the bun and glasses was extremely rude twice during the short time I was placing my order! She scared my child... when she raised her voice to me. She also insulted and yelled at the person after me in line which resulted in an actualargument in front of my kids. I would absolutely never return to this location. I.Had place a online order. After the application said my sandwich was read For pick up The old lady behind the counter. (AKA... The rude sandwich artist) Told me in a very rude and disrespectful voice that I had to wait until she got rid of the internalcustomers first. There was six Customers In the store at this time. 1hour an 15 min later I finally got my three sandwiches.That I am assuming have now been sitting there close to two hours . When simply ringing me up would?ve been sufficient That Ipre-ordered 45 minutes prior. To me arriving Now you may think that?s a long time but it would not of been that long if she wasnot arguing with every single customer about their sandwich. BOGO coupons will not charge correctly ( got attitude) Sandwicheswere not made correctly. ( got attitude) Missing items off of the order. (Yep you guessed it got attitude) I am quite franklysurprised that this subway is still doing business with Customer Service like that if I was the franchise owner changes willneed to be made to keep my customer base. I will NOT be returning to this subways location. I will drive a few miles up thestreet to the one that?s more nicer and cleaner an appreciates my American dollar being spent at their establishment. I had called the store to tell the clerk my sandwich bread was soggy and mushy, if he could please make me a new one. He placed... me on hold for almost 15 mins, and hung the phone up without any regard or answer. I walked into the store and he tells me thatit's my sandwich, therefore my problem.
