The two elderly ladies who work at this location are an absolute dream. They make coming to this location delightful. The young... man, who appeared to be some sort of manager and the young lady working along side him both appeared to hate their job and theircustomers appear to be a bother to them. I'll make it a point to only come in when the elderly ladies are working. If theyaren't, I'll turn and walk out. Call me a Karen idc. If I am paying over $40 for sandwiches plus tip, I don't want to be treatedlike a bother. Read more

I ate a sub from this Subway yesterday and ended up with G. I. trouble today. This is the second time this has happened to me... from this particular Subway shop. I don't think the people working there understand what food service hygiene and cleanlinessis. I won't eat there again. Read more
There were 3 employees that I saw. TWO of them were working on 6 sandwiches and had 2 customers waiting in line. Instead of... calling the employee in the back to help and handle the customers that could just walk out and find somewhere else to eat!Management needs to train these people to understand that the customer that is at the restaurant is just as important than thecall in. It should take each footlong sandwich notore than 45 seconds. That's how they trained us when I managed a Subway. Let'sget it together. The 2 stars is for the food. Cause Subway is good. The two women who work day shift here are very rude. Any time I go in or my husband. It?s all about getting order done quickly... and not about customer service or being friendly. They are down right obnoxious. Most day?s we will drive to county line rd orair port rd to get friendlier service. Others have spoken the same when we share our experience. Rhonda is very nice. The youngguy at nights with longer hair is nice. The other night shift guy is getting better. But those two women in day shift? Theydon?t want to be there. Very unwelcoming. What has happened to Subway? I ordered 3 subs pick them up and the bread was about half the size it used to be. There was very... little meat on the sandwiches and no cheese. The toppings were not as ordered either. I actually took them home and added my owncheese and put some more meat on them because they were so pitiful.
