I love the food at steak 'n shake. Unfortunately this location is terrible. It's slow, oftentimes your order is wrong, and... forget even trying something like curbside pickup. There are never enough employees to fulfill orders in a timely manner. Ifyou like steak and shake and there's another location near you, use that one. Read more

Who ever owns this place should be embarrassed, almost everytime you go there they are not open, I?ve said for months I?ll never... go again, I gave it one more time yesterday at 1pm in the afternoon and a lady goes on the intercom ?we?re closed!?
