If I could rate this place a negative star, I would. This place isn?t even worth 1 star. First off, the floor, the counters, the... tables, any and all surfaces covered in a thick, and sticky film. I had to go home and shower after dining here. The staff?Pleasant and kind but no where to be seen. The food? Decent but half of the menu wasn?t available. I realize the place convertedto cover pandemic times? however, I thought they would keep some things classic. I am severely disappointed. Won?t be returningto this location. Though, thanks for the good milkshake. Read more

Nice and easy ordering on the screen so you could add or take off what you wanted. Fast friendly service and the burgers and... shakes as good as we remember. Read more

Steak N Shake use to be the place to go. Great service great atmosphere but from what I was told. The man in the tie has ruined... that great atmosphere and experience. No more waiters or waitress. The menu has been cut almost in half. No more breakfast andthe place does not give off the same experience. The employees I spoke too were still very kind and still positive about therestaurant. For me the Steak n Shake I grew up with will never be the same. So to the man in the tie. ( corporate). Dont fixwhats not broken. Focus on making the place better not worse. Thank you to all the men and women who helped make all the greatmemories at Steak n Shake. And thank you to the man in the tie ( corporate ) for ruining any and all future memories andexperiences that we may have. Read more

It would be nice if they could fill the milkshakes up to the top. Instead it was half filled then topped with whip cream. Steak... ?n skimp on the shake. Read more

A far cry from the Steak and Shake of the past. The burgers? Still very very good! In fact, all the items are just as tasty as... they always have been. What is lacking is their difference between a Culver's or Five Guys. They are all good, and when morecompetition exists, you can't cut back on your dine-in experience, and that is exactly what they did. No more order-taker,instead you get to peck your order in at the kiosk. The tables are worn down raw and scratched up as well as the chairs. Theoverall cleanliness is still very good. No condiments available, instead you have to ask for it. It is sad to see the onceexcellent dine-in service drop below what you have at a McDonald's. Read more

This was the worst experience I've ever had a steak n shake. The place was dirty. Every single table needed to be wiped down and... the floors were sticky. They got my order wrong and when we went to go talk to someone, there is no one to be found. Thebathroom is gross as well. Their standards have went way down it seems since they don't have servers anymore. The food wasawful as well. I didn't even finish because it just wasn't good. Fries were cold, cheese sauce was congealed, my son's garlicburger was one of the most disgusting things I've ever tried. Their milk shakes were the only good thing that we got. Maybe theyshould change to just a drive thru ice cream place. Read more

Hey I get it no people to hire just use the kiosk. Food was very good and as ordered. Disappointed in the small milkshake for... over $4.00. Food was ready pretty fast. Had to wait on the milkshake . Very sorry what this world is coming to in the fast foodindustry. People need to get up and go to work. We need better wages. I always leave a good tip. Read more

Contrary to their online hours, they are not open 24 hours. Went back the next day to try again, and the lady had me pull up and... said she would bring my food to me. I only had 2 meals and 2 milkshakes. I could see her hand my milkshakes to the car behindme, because the person in the car kept handing them back to the lady. I know they were mine because when I called and said theyforgot about me, I saw her grab those same two milkshakes and bring them out to me. She claimed she didn?t forget about me, thatthey were just ?backed up?? but that doesn?t make sense either because 3 cars behind me got their food and left before me. Tomake it even better they barely filled the milkshakes up. (See picture). If that wasn?t bad enough, they had no drink carriersso my drinks ended up spilling in my car too. Super frustrating all around. Read more
