45 mins for a coffee that they couldn't get right twice. The first time they put the wrong syrup in it so I had to come back and... go inside in person to have them correct it. The second time the coffee tasted like milk with a splash of coffee in it. And thatwas after waiting 15 minutes for somebody to make it because the cashier never put the order in. This Starbucks & it?s employees and the one on 98 N. By Taco Bell, are hands down the best Starbucks in Lakeland. They are... quick, efficient, friendly, and almost always have what I want in stock. When using the mobile order function that Starbucks has in place at this location is the WORST! The order is always 5-10 minutes... passed the time it states. They don?t make your order until you walk in the door and ask them where the order is. Otherlocations in the area have your order ready upon arrival. Terrible service if you ask me. The best part..
