I had to try it, I mean who doesn't love a good grilled cheese. I think I may have just gotten the wrong thing, which was the... grilled chicken club. I suggest getting the fried instead because the grilled isn't tasty at all. Fries were warm. About $14 fora combo. Not saying not to try but don't go over board just get something simple. I had the #5 chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Let me just tell you it's worth it. So delicious and cheesy.

First let me say I have always LOVED Planet Grilled Cheese. I eat it anytime i go to the mall. But today was a totally different... experience. I have never experienced someone so rude in my life. First the girl working who says she was the manager in duty(Ashley) if that's really her name was being so extremely rude the young man running the register (who she ended up telling mewas NOT an employee there) was her brother. I tried to hold my feelings to myself the first 5 times she was so mean and rude tohim anytime he asked her for help. I eventually told her how rude she was being to him and that she really shouldn't treat himlike that period but definitely not in front of customers. She proceeded to tell me she didn't care and that it was none of mybusiness..i told her it was my business thst i was a customer and she is supposed to be professional with customers. She told mewe don't care B#@%$. I asked for the owners name and she told me figure it out on your own B%-*&. And that they were like familyso it wouldn't matter if i reported her. Employees like this will run your business into the ground. I will not return if she isworking because she has absolutely NO customer service skills whatsoever also no human being should be treated like thatespecially someone who is special needs like her brother is or appeared to be. If the owners of this Planet Grilled Cheese don'tcare that their employees treat people like this then i will no longer support their business. Let's just say she was so rudeshe made my 12 year old daughter cry because of how she treated the young man. He didn't deserve anything like she was being tohim. The short lady up front was very rude and unprofessional. I asked for my son's side to his meal and for the drink that I was... clearly charged for and she said I didn't pay for it and never gave me the drink and then continued to be rude and argue with meeven tho I had the reciepts in my hand. This Lady dose not deserve to have a job in customer service at all. As I was standingthere to order she was yelling at the other 2 kids that were discussing the menu that they where not in the right place to orderand saying it in a very rude way. That should have been my warning not to even order from this place. This was the 1st and lasttime ever. As a owner of a business out here in Lakeland if she was my employee I would fire her instantly. She makes the wholeplace look bad and even I asked for managers name she started again yelling and being rude. Read more

This place is amazing! They were super kind to us and made the food in front of us so you know whats going on. They were super... sanitary and clean and did a great job. It is a tad bit expensive, but they have delicious food and drinks and have freerefills. Highly recommend to come and try their food! Read more
