Their food here... Is the freshest I had.. the orders are right. Where the last few years, I see down hill slide in training or... job pride ? But employees here seems more up beat, not over worked. Or at least the service isn't showing it... Must be goodmanagement maybe.. but portions are normal sized..which I truly enjoy .eat here with out the Fast Food Guilt as I do get elsewhere.. Read more
Panera is always good. For bagels, Einstein Bros. is better. Panera has a nice menu including a number of pastries, and... courteous, well-trained employees. The dining room is very nice. Most, if not all, have a realistic looking reflectionfireplace. One thing you can always count on at Panera is the wifi. It is secure, not like almost every single McDonald's I'veever been to that somebody has inserted a tap to catch all the data sent back and forth from your phone. I would give Panera 5stars if they could make bagels like Einstein Bros! Read more
Great location. Plenty of parking. There is a drive thru. Ample indoor and outdoor seating. Ordered a creme brulee late and... water around 9am. Order was made quick. Not very busy at this time. Staff was friendly. Would recommend this location. Read more
Service and food was typical. But dining room and tables were dirty. There were seven employees there. I've been in the... hospitality business for 20 years. The manger on duty, who was wearing an Air Force hat had time to come bust out the trash.You think being a military man, he would have higher standards. Unless he thought he was too good. He must have thought everyonewho worked there was too good to to take out trash and clean and vacuum the dining room. We had to ask to have a table cleaned.And they said they ran out of napkins. Wha? Fabulous team members!! I've had some challenges with several recent orders and in frustration mentioned it to Holly. In... addition to an apology, she consulted with her manager and offered to fix things. Most of the time a small act of empathy &compassion goes the distance. We recently moved to the area. Although it ended up being a little pricier than I remember it being on my previous visits, and they didn't have my favorite... broccoli cheese bread bowl for the second time in a row it was just as delicious and was very pleasantly surprised how deliciousthe steak and white cheddar sandwich was. Panera is always a top choice of mine...I just hope the bread bowl is available on mynext visit. Read more
The food was not good. The bread was tough . The bacon, turkey avocado BLT was cold and we ordered a Greek salad and got a Cesar... salad. There was no place to sit. All the tables were full so had to wait to sit down. Will not go back again. Read more
