First of all, the staff was very kind and was working very hard. The 2nd star is for them. Unfortunately, our experience was... sub par to say the least. Came in at 8:00 with a party of 12. There were a handful of people there, but it was not busy by anymeans. They were already out of broccoli beef, teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and mostimportantly fried rice. We were told more fried rice would take 5 or 6 minutes, but waited about 30+ minutes for fried ricethat came out more like oatmeal. I generally love Panda, but this experience will probably prevent it from being an option forour group in the future. Read more
5 stars to Kim. What a sweet personality. They didn't have any of the food cooked that we wanted to order. We had to wait 10... minutes before the food came out which was longer than 10 minutes. Kim did an awesome job! I vote her for Manager! Read more
My go to for Chinese food! A great value for the money. Consistent portions n flavor! I only wish they would open a location... store in Plant City, Fl! I have to drive 30 mins to eat here when I want Chinese food! Read more
The food is good at this location. The cooking staff is extremely rude. I would say about 50% of the menu is never readily... available (usually have to wait for items when I go). I made an online order recently and added a super green side. I made theorder at 6:30 to pickup at 7:15. They didn?t have my food ready and they said they were out of the super greens. The cooks gavethe nice cashier a hard time about completing my order. Just complete laziness in my opinion. Again food is decent but the staffis lazy. I would be embarrassed if I were the owner. Door was lock at 11am, should have been open (10:30 was on sign to be open). Worker came and unlocked door and walked away. No... opening of door and saying welcome to Panada with a friendly smile. I would have done that as I worked in the food industry. Nolabels on what the food was. Was told they stopped serving Black pepper chicken about a month ago. Haven?t tried our food yet. We were not greeted with smiles from the staff. Walking in, the trash was over flowing, the was garbage on the floor, and tables... were dirty. We waited for our meals to be made and asked for water as drinks. I looked under where the drinks come out and therewas lots of mold. It was disgusting. Decided to purchase a water bottle instead which was warm. The drink station was sooooodisgusting. A worker cleaned the station but failed to clean underneath where all the mold was. That area needs to be cleanedatleast once per week. There must have been a month or more of build up there. Bathrooms were not in great shape and women?sbathroom had roaches. Big disappointment here. I came in to this location and waited for over 10 minutes and was never greeted, At this point the line had gotten larger and... there was 4 or 5 people behind me. Finally somebody came over to help I thought and this lady picked somebody that was in themiddle of the line and started people in the front of the line was just completely ignored.
