I ordered an iced tea. Before my iced tea was prepared, the staff felt it was necessary to fill 5 or more drive through orders.... It takes about 30 seconds (or less) to fill a cup with iced tea. I ended up waiting 8 minutes or longer for my iced tea. Attimes the staff was standing at the order fill tables waiting for French fries to finish cooking. What? They couldn't fill myorder instead of standing watching French fries? Where's the training?? Read more
The automated ordering was annoying. Instead of being able to tell someone your order, you have to input it yourself into the... kiosk. Takes a lot longer to order since folks really don't know how to use the machines. Not a very efficient way to get fastfood, fast. Read more
Ordered a fudge Sunday with m&m and Oreo topping at curbside. When I was handed the ice cream the lid wasn?t on all the way and... the moment I grabbed it, it fell in my car. The lady who handed it to me says ?I put extra napkins in there just in case? thenproceeds to walk away laughing. After spending almost an hour trying to clean it up I tried to enjoy what was left of it anddiscovered it tasted like straight plastic. That has never happened before. Never eating at this McDonald?s again. There goes$200 on a detail to get all the ice cream and fudge out of my car. Read more
Don?t bother going here unless you plan on waiting over 15 min for poorly cooked/pit together food. And don?t expect the staff... or management, if you can find it, to care. This is a new location but needs an overhaul for staff/management that cares aboutquality? especially since we?re paying so much more. Read more
Absolutely horrible!! Dont eat inside. whats the point of dining in and having the number cards if they dont bring you your food... anymore nor do they give you trays plus take forever to get u your food and drinks all they are worried about is drive-through!Plus pour customer service and sloppy sandwiches. No one wants to have to fix there food before eating. Definitely going to adifferent McDonald?s from now on. Read more
It was very busy. They were training a new girl and it looked like they had a skeleton crew. It took almost 40 minutes to get my... order. I didn't care for the fact that the people with app orders were getting their food way before me. I know it's hard whenyou're busy but 40 minutes is just way too long especially when it was a small order (2 happy meals). And P.S. The manager didnot have to belittle the trainee and embarrass her in front of a store full of people. It was rude and uncalled for and I feltreally bad for the young girl. Read more
I want to love this McDonald's because of its location, but EVERY single time I give this location another try, they get... something wrong. Today's visit was the nail in the coffin, and prompted this 1 star review. Today we stopped by the drive thru,and part of our meal included two large fries. This is how they looked when we opened the bag at home (see photos) Literally asmall fries worth in each large fry container. Pure laziness or what? I guess it's my fault for expecting any different! I ordered 2 hash browns only, selected curbside and after watching 10 cars more than what was in line pull through the drive... through and leave I realized my order will not be delivered. I called the location as I pulled off watching the Manager who wascurrently on the phone stated I went to Curbside after that she assured that they will be enjoyed by tcould leave no starsbecause this is saying that they have a star?..
