Ordered an ice caramel macchiato from here. Waited forever when there was literally nobody in their lobby and only one car in... the drive thru. I love my coffee and know that this should have been in 3 layers. Not blended like I received. When I mentionedit wasn't layered the employee literally said " oh well, didn't know" Ridiculous. Maybe you should know so that your customersget what they ordered. Juss saying. Read more

This local is typically slow with not so friendly associates. Occasionally, I?ll get a nice employee that cashes me out. My... fries have been gross and cold recently. I had ordered a chicken sandwich and it was hard as a rock. The most recent time, Iordered a double cheeseburger, I guess a double cheeseburger now means, only one patty. I recommend to Drive past this locationand try the next one. Read more

One of the friendliest McDonalds I've been to. AND the order was just as ordered. WOW. That's rare anymore. But they did a great... job and with a smile and caring too. I recommend them for sure. How great to be right next to Family Fun Center. PERFECTpairing. Read more
Went to this location this morning. Pre-ordered on the mobile app (which is convenient but takes 3x longer to get your order!)... and I won't be using it again for that. I prefer to leave positive reviews but in this case, not going to happen. I waited 10minutes for my order while the drive-thru was pretty much dead. I asked the manager who was delivering an order how much longerit was going to be and she mumbled under her breath as she walked by and then came to my window and said "here" and pretty muchdropped the back into my hand and walked away with an attitude! It's pretty simple, if you don't like what you do for a living,then do something else! You're a manager, she definitely needs more training in the customer service arena if she plans onstaying in the restaurant industry. *side note - The food was fine and hot.
