If I could put zero stars I would, They have no regards for their employees safety. Mad about closing the store for the safety... of your employees? seriously? You should care about your employees especially if their is a threat of violence the manager fromlast night needs to be FIRED! If I could give zero stars I definitely would. I came to this location against my better judgement because they are always so... rude and very slow. But because I was at Home Depot I figured it would be faster. I ordered a Chicken McNugget meal, Ispecifically told them that I needed 3 different sauces because my daughter mixes them. Mind you, I told them at the speakerwhile placing my order. I get to the last window to pick up my food and they gave me one of each of the 3 sauces. I told themagain that my daughter mixes her sauces, I have a lot of nuggets and need more sauce. The cashier started speaking in Spanishand yelling to the back of the store. So a manager comes up and says "we already gave you sauces if you need more you need topay for them". Mind you I had already made it known what I needed while ordering. I asked her why it was such a problem gettingsauces when I never have this issue at any other location. She again said "if you want sauces, pay for them". So I told her tomake sure that I have my receipt because I wanted to take the survey, do a Google review, and call Corporate office." She said"Oh well call who you want but if you want sauces you will pay for them". I will never return to this location. I want to makeit clear who this rude manager was. She was a butch looking stocky lady and the only reason I described her because I don't wantany other person to get in trouble for her rudeness. Read more

The closing staff tonight (9/14) were EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I know it's a McDonald's but they had NO human decency.... I had placed a mobile order for a quick meal as I ride my bike to work and back. The McDonald's app said they close at 11PM, asdid the sign on the front of the store. At 10PM however, all the lights were off and you could see the staff cleaning up, theyhad closed early. This wouldn't have been a problem, however the McDonald's App has no apparent way to cancel an order, so Iwent up to the window and gave a quick knock while pointing at my order screen. The manager (I assume) ROLLS HER EYES ANDSCUFFS! Without even taking a look at what I was trying to say! I didn't want to be charged and was hoping they could cancel, soI gave a quick second knock, again pointing at the screen. She gives me a death glare for a solid 2 seconds then slams what Iassume to be their counts drawer as if I had ruined her entire day by trying to get an issue fixed in a couple of seconds.Another worker simply yelled "Call Doordash!" again without trying to see what my problem was. I've been here during the day andall goes well, but AVOID THE NIGHT CREW! This manager is childish, unprofessional, and an absolute GROUCH. I'm a regular breakfast customer here, the morning staff is great!! They're quick, always friendly, and if there's ever an order... issue, they fix it right away. I avoid this place in the evenings though, complete opposite experience from the morning. Read more

We were handed our food an as we looked in the bags to checkour food!! we noticed every cheeseburger we ordered was so cold the cheese looked like it had been slapped on! Mit have hadbetter luck microwave it!! We told the manager about it an she did not care at all!! I told her the Cheese was not even meltedan she literally asked me if cheese on a cheeseburger should be melted like omg! No one greeted me , no one smiled, very gloomy place and dirty, especially bathroom. I order cup of ice and french fries medium... because I was charging my phone. What I'm surprised by is the new size of burgers, paying more for less is getting bad. Use to be Big Mac took 2 hands now a five... year old can hold it. Not to say much better with their apple pies what happened. Serious shock. Read more
