Spent 45 minutes in the drive thru. Yes I know I should have left prior to paying after sitting there for 20 minutes. When we... got to the pickup window they didn?t even know what we had and needed our receipt to put our order together. My order included aquarter pounder deluxe. I did not get the deluxe and instead got the wrong sandwich that I couldn?t even eat. The bottom bun wasas hard as a rock and the patties were burnt and in all the sandwich was inedible. We also got a McRib that had a bottom bunthat was as hard as a rock as well. Fries taste like they made them this morning. Please tell me how you can take that long toserve us our food and it look, feel and taste like it?s been sitting there for several days?! I honestly hate to give this a onestar. I wish I could leave a review with zero stars. This whole situation is absolutely insane. Read more

Omg. After a 30 minute wait, old stale food after asking for our sandwiches to made fresh were stale and cold. Even our drinks... were wrong asked for Coke got Dr. Pepper and sweet tea was unsweetened. One girl came up and was telling us she didn't have ourorder after we cashed out, what a wrong decision to go there. Food ended up in trash I cannot eat food that has been made hoursago, gross. Very dissatisfied and 20 dollars is a lot for the garbage these days. Read more
Ordered in the mobile app. When I hit pay it told me up to a 5 minute wait. I waited in my mobile spot for 20 minutes?that?s... right 20, for 4 happy meals and 2 of the new adult happy meals. When they finally bring us our food they give us kids meals withno drinks and the gentleman goes ?oh yea they said they are out of soda? okay so maybe you should have come out and asked us ifwe wanted something different. It doesnt end there. Instead of the adult happy meals(that are 11.38 might I add) they gave ustwo paper bags with the meal in it and no adult collectible. If that?s what I wanted I would have saved $6 by ordering regularmeals. We asked for a manager at that point. She proceeded to tell us she?s not allowed to sell them yet?umm so why are they onyour mobile app! I asked for a refund for them and she didn?t even give me the correct amount. She handed me a $20 bill like Iwas supposed to just be ok with that. I?ve never left a McDonald?s more frustrated than I have today. The customer service andlack of products is unbelievable. A long wait during breakfast us not out of the ordinary but today the girl working the front counter ignored for about 15 mins... waiting to pay. Another employee came from the back and asked her why I was still waiting. She said the lobby guest can wait orleave not my problem . The other worker took my order and was very polite. Then the counter girl with the attitude made sure torepeat to other workers that these lobby guest can leave if they don't like the wait. Very rude and spent the entire 20 mins iwaited making door dash orders and ignoring the lobby guest . Which was about 12 people. She is the one in the red hat in photobelow. I went there today for the first time in awhile. Always clean, even the parking lot. It is now filthy and dirty. For a medium... size with today's prices, the fries were cold and the hamburger was overcooked, cold and dry. There is no way to show you coldfries. Medium drinks even got smaller. You would think the food would be fresh. I don't mind waiting for it to be cooked butcome on! Almost 10.00 for this meal? Never again. Read more
Very unprofessional staff at this McDonald's branch. They charged my card twice then refused to give me a refund. I spoke to... what I believe was the shift manager who appeared clueless. First, he said I should go through my bank, then he said through theMcDonald's app. When I took my phone out and asked how to do it, he told me to call them. I am not spending time on the phonefor something that can be done in less than a minute. When I finally got my food after 20 minutes, it was almost cold andwithout any napkins.
