Went in to pick up my order, and assuming they excepted Apple Pay, I left my wallet. One of the employees making the pizzas in... the back tried to assist with the transaction but it still didn?t work.When that didn?t work, the employee went above andbeyond, went the extra mile, and Not only was his customer service amazing, but when he noticed one of your customers in needhe offered his help. If we could just be a little bit more like that and help each other out, the world would just be a betterplace. Read more

Worst customer service/professionalism, ever! I spoke with Taylor whom is a manager about finding a hair baked with my pizza,... and her response was ?so there was a hair in the dough? (very nonchalant). So when I agreed to the refund a black younger kidwith glasses that didn?t give me his name per Taylor say, said he wasn?t able to do the refund for me. Baffled because afterspeaking with Taylor she said nothing about she had to do it , so I asked the kid what is going on? I?m suppose to wait untilall these orders are cleared because they was understaff and had to many orders coming in from online, carry out etc. That?snot my problem. Then when the refund was supposedly done by the kid who said he couldn?t do it in the beginning, I asked forverification and he said there was none. After asking to speak with Taylor again after she shows signs of aggravation shestated he didn?t show you the screen and continue to say my receipt was the verification. Moments later after making sure whatshe saying is valid she aggressively said ?you can leave?. Unbelievable, never in my life have I seen an overwhelming manageract this way when it was something on their behalf that was the problem! Never again! Read more

Every table inside was dirty. Not a good first impression. Prices were different on the menu than what we got charged. Menu... needs to be updated I guess. Read more

Just ordered a large pepperoni magnifico and they put a whole like 10 pepperonis on it. Like 1-2 on each piece of pizza! Thanks... so much for the sloppy, lousy, poorly made pizza ???? and don't have doordash deliver it, they'll throw the thing around so thatit's all to the side- sauce and cheese everywhere and half the pizza is smashed. And- it was not even SEALED! Who knows what thedasher done to it ???? Every restaurant on DD seals their bags or boxes of food. Apparently not this place! I really love getting my pizza here..And I?ve had no problems until today. I usually don?t write any bad reviews or complain but... I watched the employee make my pizza with her bare hands which honestly was OK but then they touched a trashcan and we?repicking stuff up around and cashed me out and then went back and continue making my pizza without washing their hands. I did notsay anything but it really bothered me. I have worked in the food industry for a couple years now and I just don?t feel likethat is good and clean practice. Overall this Marcos is great but that just really bothered me and I see several reviews on herefor the same thing. Read more
