Customer service is awful @ this location. I called about getting a custom cake and sent in the picture we wanted. They... refused and said it was a copyright issue. I?ve had about 6 cookie cakes from the GAC in another state and they are talentedand willing to accommodate. They should have just said, we can?t draw anything other than what?s on our website. Cookies are alright here haven't had any problems on them but they charging fifty cents on little boxes for cookies so they all... don't get crushed in a paper bag seems foolish. I mean you're paying a good amount on many cookies and they can't even give abox without charging like the box is so valuable and paper isn't at all. Overall, cookies are not bad just don't like takingthem and later seeing they all fell apart in the bag. Read more
I purchased a cookie cake here for my son's birthday as he doesn't like actual cakes. The woman working there was so friendly.... She brought out a book and let him pick out everything he wanted on his cookie cake. Once he decided he wanted balloons, shemade sure to ask him what colors he wanted them and where she should put them on the cookie. He had so much fun picking it outand it made him feel very special to know that he was being asked instead of her asking me how things should be. She made itvery special for him! Read more
I haven't eaten their cookies since I was a child, so I was happy to see them at the Lakeland mall. I like the smaller cookies,... the first time a couple weeks ago I got six- 2 sugar and 4 chocolasug chip. The sugar cookie with the sprinkles definitly did itfor me, so the next time I got all Sugar cookies. The employees were very friendly and it looked nice and clean behind thecounter. Read more
