I ordered 12 (a dozen) Krystals with Cheese, No Mustard, add ketchup and extra pickles. Along with a Coke. She gave me my... Burgers and drink. Luckily I had one before I left the parking lot because it had Mustard and No pickles. I got back in the lineand explained I received the order incorrectly. She remade then and I was on my way. I got home in North Lakeland and went toeat them and Again they had mustard and pickles in a box NOT ON MY BURGERS and to make matters Worse, this time they forgot toAdd my Cheese ???? Read more
After drive in movie stop! 24/hour location. I pulled around and ordered a chicken and 1 burger paid and they told me to pull... around to the other side. So I did. Then they waved me back to the window LOL. They said someone was stealing something nearlocation and they wanted to make sure I was safe.. Even though I actually felt unsafe having to drive around the building afterpaying and not getting food but just being waved around the building for minutes like we were going to be robbed. Krystal is about the only fast food I ever crave and this is one of the closest ff restaurants to Seminole Heights. It's a shame... that this business is so poorly run. The one in South Tampa was a gold mine. You can't even get anyone to take your order in thedrive thru. Seriously I probably get tired of waiting and leave to go to Pollo Tropical at least as many times as I actuallyhave someone take my order. Read more
We were there around noon. Went thru the line fast. We paid and was told to park in front and they would bring them out to us.... Sftrr 15 min my husband finally went in and got our order. When we opened the bag it contained cheeseburger and we said no tothe cheese. Very disappointing. Read more
When you go through the drive-thru and you ask him very politely and nice and everything please no pickles. They kind of laugh... and chuckle and everything and you get your order and just like you thought there's pickles on there. What more do I need tosay. Great place to go get nothing that you really want. Especially when you ask politely and nicely no pickles. But I guessthat goes to show you what kind of restaurant this really is. Read more
My 1st visit to Krystals...ordered 2 pup dogs and tots, large coke $11. So salty, I couldn't finish the hot dog and had to pick... around the tots. Honestly, it's the worst fast food I've ever had and the first time tossing half my meal. Staff was supernice tho. Read more
I was greeted with an attitude when I was there to pick up my online order then they messed up the order and got mad when I... asked them to fix it then they fixed the ones on top and left the other 9 they way they felt like doing it. So when I checked itlooked like they fixed the order but the 3 on top where good but under that was a different story. I will never go back thereagain. Read more
