Fresh, Hot, Now! That's perhaps the best reason to stop on by if you're passing through Lakeland on Highway 98 or I-4. That... means you get freshest, airiest, melt-in-your-mouth tender yeast donuts straight from the donut machine. Reason number 2? Maybeyou're a Tesla owner that just fed your car a block away, you should stop in and feed yourself as a reward. Reason number 3?When was the last time you had dinner and a show at a fast food place? Watching donuts being made, fried, flipped over, movedalong a conveyor never stops being mesmerizing. You will want to take pictures. You will want to post pictures to insta and makeyour friends jealous that you're getting one right off the belt. Oh yes, did I say dinner too? Eat one of these and you'llreach for a second one and spoil your dinner. Reason number 4? The fantastic young woman (I wish I remembered her name) wasbright, cheerful and a wonderful example of inviting customer service. Also, she's an Arsenal fan. COYG! Came here on St Patty's Day and had Delicious Green Doughnuts and of course they have the Best Coffee.
Went today to the drive- thru to get a dozen donuts. every filled kind I asked for, girl says we don't have that, we don't have... that. Till I eventually said ok what do you have? So I chose those. Only 3 flavors available is pretty poor. Then I tried toorder the new Twix combo ones. Girl on the headset again was like "well we don't have those, we only got the bar ones and it'sgonna cost you $2 extra for each bar that goes inside." What?....I'm like ok that's fine, we really want to try the Twix so justgive me what you have left, thanks. There was not one Twix bar in any of these donuts, just chocolate cream filled. They're alsosupposed to have Twix chunks on top of the donut & there was none. And they charged us $2 extra for each one? A lady walked overto the drive thru window & they started talking. I had my donuts so drove off, Was only when I got home I realized she didn'teven give a receipt so I can't look to see how many times she charged us $2 extra. Worst waste of money on donuts & just awfullyrude service. Read more
Great experience! Recently opened but I?ve only gone into the drive through until today. The inside is one of the best looking... Krispy Kreme?s I?ve ever seen. The staff was friendly as always and you can see the donuts being made fresh right in front ofyou. A great selection of donuts and fairly priced it?s gonna be hard to beat this spot for donuts in Lakeland. Come in andgrab so donuts to go or hang out a while it?s their very well light dining area.
