We went by drive through, placed the order, cashier asked if we wanted original or crispy, we asked for crispy and she says they... don't have credit. Why in the world would you ask instead of just saying we only original, is that ok for you? Geez! We cancanceled order and my left. Read more

very aggressive attitude in the store, doesnt give out mobile orders through drive threw, forgets all of your sauces, doesnt... give beverage carriers so they fall all over your seats. if they want you to use the mobile order so bad they should at leastgive you a deal if they want you to get out of your car in pouring rain. id rather drive 4 miles to the other kfc on southflorida ave for better service. They will get the order wrong 8/10 times. They either forget the gravy or the biscuits or just give you something all together... different. I got two chalupas and a chicken sandwich. I told the lady at the window about the extra food she said just take itthey'll just throw away. Read more

I ordered the Free Beverage 12pc Bucket online under my bf?s name since he was picking it up for me. When I received my order, ... the sides were wrong and the drink was wrong. When I called the restaurant- after double checking I had the right location- thelady who answered told me they didn?t have an order under that name and told me it was impossible that he picked it up throughthe drive thru. But he did, and I have my food. She started asking everyone if they gave out an order through the drive thru andagain told me it was impossible. I then put my bf on the phone so he could explain that he did go through the drive thru andthey even confirmed his name. She hung up. I had to call back twice to get through and she told me that there?s no order and itwasn?t possible so she wasn?t going to argue with a customer. I was purposely very even toned when I called because I know whatit?s like working at a restaurant on a busy night. There was no arguing. But regardless, it is not professional to hang up on acustomer, because you refuse to believe something happened. How else did I get my food? I asked her if there was another kfc onmemorial, because I did verify that this was the phone number before calling. Finally, she said if I ?can find proof? and bringit in, she?ll fix my order. I was exasperated and sputtered a little, because I have no way of going back in tonight. Hearingthat, she then said, , ?if you did order, then the proof should be on your email?. I explained that I have the email, but I cannot come in tonight. She then stated that when I?m able to come in and if I bring the proof that she?ll fix it. I said thankyou. Food wise, the biscuits are great, but mashed potatoes aren?t cooked completely, they?re watery. Chicken is kind of greasyand soggy. I?ll stick to my usual location. I?ve attached proof of my order and that this is indeed the correct location. Read more

Horrible food, people are rude and dismissive in order to keep the line moving. The chicken was way more greasy than it should... be. Fries are burnt and inedible . Read more
