Over priced, tasteless sandwiches. Never made correctly. Ordered a club, it had no bacon. Called em back and they said they... would replace it, went back a few days later, and they would not replace my LG sub. Only would replace 1/2 of it. Ordered 2 subs. Our cheese stake was supposed to have Chipotle mayo added but didn't. Steak was over cooked and rubbery. Tried... calling the store at 730pm on Friday and got a recording saying they were unavailable. Emailed on app... still don't haveanything to eat for myself. This is how you lose loyal customers. Today i went in to buy a sub and this is the same location I always go to. I don't know if they have new staff are what . But... the guy was fixing my food and pushing up his glasses at the same time. Then to make matters worse he double charged my cardand I only got 1 combo. I let the manager know that he needs to talk to his team about touching your face and body while fixingpeople's food . The manager acted like he couldn't care care less . Ordered 4 subs for delivery on the app, they called to say they didn't have 3 of the 4 sandwiches, so we canceled order. Called... spoke with staff that said our money would be refunded. I also emailed to get my money refunded, still haven't received ourmoney($63.00) back 2 1/2 weeks later. ???? Read more
Sandwich is great. Better than Subway & Jimmy John's. I think $14 for a sub, chips, & a drink is a bit high.
I recently ordered Jersey Mikes catering for a party. They were individually wrapped roast beef sandwiches and they were... excellent. Every one enjoyed them and although I had lots of other food all my guests wanted to grab a few sandwiches to go aswell since they couldn't resist Jersey Mike's. I ate one a few days after the party and it was still tasting fresh and thebread was soft. I ordered tomatoes on the side and they did just as I asked. The delivery person was delightful and on time. First time ever trying out this joint Jersey Mike's play super clean you can see everything is there making it. The staff was... just awesome friendly seems very happy to make your sandwich take care of you. I had to pick Kahuna Philly steak Phillycheesesteak and the buffalo cheese steak. Sitting at the North Lakeland store. 2 employees in training, 1 working and 2 goofing off. One of the 2 goofing off took my... order (birthday boy on Thanksgiving day) and forgot to give it to the cook. Friend comes in and the two goofing off and guyensue in a personal conversation.
