Wings arrived cold. The sauce was bland, fries were stiff, and a quarter of the order was missing. Between Its Just Wings,... Chilis (the ghost kitchen), and Doordash, we have been on the phone for at least an hour. This has been off and on since ourorded arrived about five hours ago. Doordash is the only one who will answer, and all they can tell us us that they left amessage got IJW/Chilis. All we're trying to do is get a refund for the portion of the order we didn't get, but apparently eventhat is too much to ask. Read more

Wing flavor wasnt terrible, but eveything was cold. I was standing there while it was allegedly being made and in the 5 minutes... it took to walk back to my hotel, they were cold. Read more
My husband and I go here a lot. Unfortunately they are very short-staffed. Had to go to the bar to get my own drinks. But it's... all good the food was great atmosphere was wonderful and will still keep coming back. Side note. Salad I got was so damn smallwas less than seven bites was very disappointed Read more
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Found this on door dash and wanted to try something new. I ordered the 11... boneless wings with curly fries. The whole meal disappoints. The wings were dry. No sauce. I ordered mango habanero and gotnothing near it. Also the fries were cold and hard. Would not recommend. Absolutely terrible food and a waste of money. Read more
Doubtful whether I would order from here. First of all, there is no advisement that the restaurant is inside Chili?s so I was... left driving in circle until I called the number. Automated message states I only had to park in curbside and wait. Followeddirections yet no one came out. Entered TO GO area and there was a line waiting and no one at the register. Employees walkedpast several times and did not acknowledge customers waiting. I understand that places are short staff but people still expecta level of service if coming to spend their money with an establishment. Then to add even more annoyance, I ordered and paidfor an additional dipping sauce and did not receive it. Because of the initial wait I didn?t even want to bother going backinside. Oh where to begin... I found this gem on DoorDash and had been craving some spicy chicken. I thought, let's give this place a... go! What a mistake that was. I got the 11 boneless wings with fries, and a "Apple Cinnamon Hand Pie". First thing I tried wasthe curly fries, and they tasted like they came out of a bag from Walmart. They were soggy, cold, and tasteless. The chicken wasno better. Also taste like they came from a bag in the frozen food section. You're better off going to the store and gettingthese items yourself rather than ordering them from here. Read more
