Normally I like IHOP ...always have and probably always will. My last visit was not such a good experience. The service was..So... So,, the food was cold or luke warm and not prepared as ordered,,, the server was not attentive..I will always give IHOP anotherchance ,,they've generally always been a good establishment,, I normally do not complain or would not leave a bad review But,the experience was less than mediocre..so I'm making my opinion Known. There is a night and day difference between day shift andnight shift. This was a night shift experience around 12:30 am on 8/20/2022,,The restaurant seemed to lack propermanagement,,The employees were loud and kinda rude. My current opinion is 3 stars. The service here is not so great, I got my check when I received my food, my husband was miss toast to his meal. The African... American lady never came back to see how we was doing, or was the food good or not. As African American women, I love to tip butthis young lady will not get one today! We haven?t come to IHOP for years, but up until a few months back we recently visited the S FL location by the Walmart. This is... our 4th time here in as many months and we are always impressed by the wait staff, line, cooks and overall efficiency, hardwork, and friendliness of the staff. Service has always been quick and the food has been delicious each time. We?ve been forbreakfast twice and dinner twice. In a world (especially in the U.S.) where waiters and waitresses generally aren?t veryattentive or competent, the men and women at this IHOP are a step above. Keep up the good work guys.
