Food was hot and fresh. They were completely out of napkins which was weird but the girl behind the counter actually hand cut me... some from a roll of brown paper towels which earned this place an extra star for employees going out of their way to please thecustomer. Read more
The food wasn't hot at all . I got a platter breakfast, the eggs were dry ,the gravy was very watery and had no taste. French... toast sticks were over cooked and dark had a double sausage,egg, cheese biscuit combo also wasn't warm. Overall it was a veryNasty breakfast. I wish we had gone to Burger King. Read more
Order a country steak biscuit get bacon egg cheese biscuit.not wasting gas to drive back to the store to swap out and they offer... nothing to rectify it. Won?t go there again and my dogs get a snack Read more
It was a large order, early in the morning. They were kind enough to make everything fresh for us. Service and food exceptional.
Food is consistently good but service is awful and rude. This morning I ordered I the app and when I got there, no large coffee... cups. No refund because I ordered on app. Staff member was quite rude when I asked what we need to do and told me ?we can?t giveyou anything else sir,? okay then. Will not be going back. I?ll burn up the couple thousand points I have in the app and thatwill be it for my going to Hardee?s. Read more

Went thru the drivethru after 6pm, wasn't crowded so was encouraged it would be a easy process, Wrong".. the young lady at the... drive thru asked me at least 5times to repeat our order, this being 3 sandwiches & 1 fry... the chicken sandwich I requested,was regular sz. with tomato and lettuce, mayonnaise, I made mistake of asking it to have nothing on it but mayonnaise, pulled upto window, where the 2 workers had mask on pulled up to chin, ( in other words, not covering face) no gloves on by the guyputting food behind girl taking the money.. I have a compromised immune system so its imperative I am careful, and no I'm notelderly, so..yes, younger adults are vulnerable as well... I opened my sandwich, was fully loaded, and spicy chicken, definitelynot what I ordered, fries cold, tasted like the oil they cooked in hadn't been changed in quite a while.. the other sandwicheswere burgers, hard, black and stale bread.. if you pay $25 dollars for 3 sandwiches, shouldn't they taste at the least fresh.. Iwouldn't recommend this place for nothing, threw out the food.. to bad that more businesses lately are not interested in keepingcustomers, and a little customer service would be nice, " like thank you",have a good evening " ect.. how much training isneeded for common courtesy, staff young and could care less.. breakfast may rate well, but I'd avoid dinner hours.. or all hoursfor that matter.
