I love firehouse for what they stand for but they did is also great. Did a mobile order from this location Friday night. Food... was easy at requested time and made exactly as requested. That seems hard at this day and age so I am extra pleased with theservice. Read more

My husband and I stopped in for lunch yesterday and he ordered the Steak and Cheese combo, and I ordered the Hook and Ladder... salad. The smoked turkey and ham were excellent quality however, there were too many pieces of bad lettuce. I picked them outand showed them to the manager and she had my salad remade with "fresh lettuce"! I waited and watched my husband finish hissandwich and got my new salad. Well, I started picking bad lettuce out of this one as well. I went to the Manager, and I said,"I guess this would have ended up on someone's sandwich if I hadn't gotten it in my salad and she said they use iceberg forsandwiches. Well thanks a lot for wasting my time and my lunch break. I get in and they immediately tell me that it?s going to be a long at... least 20 minute wait. You have got to be kidding me?! And the reasoning is because they have a lot of mobile orders okay well Iam a customer directly in front of you trying to order, shouldn?t I be priority? Nice facility and staff. May need to apply more water to steamers to reduce smoke in air. Salad could have been a bit more full,... less than what I?m used to from other franchises, but good just the same. Clean restrooms, and located in beautiful shoppingarea. Thanks again. Read more

Absolute WORST Firehouse location I've ever been to. Will no longer be a customer of this location due to the terrible attitude... and lack of customer service skills of staff members. I placed an online order (App order) to be picked up at a specified time.I arrived at the specified time, checked the 'online order' rack for orders... there were none. I waited about 10 minutes pastmy pickup time... still no orders available on the rack. I walked up to the counter where the freshly made subs were beinghanded to one employee to deliver to tables. I got a quick glance from the employee behind the counter, and then it was back towork for her. I received no acknowledgement that I was there what-so-ever from a single employee this entire time. A bit moreirritated now, I walked down to the counter and waited for customers to place their orders. Finally, it was my turn. I asked thecashier when my online order that was supposed to be ready ten minutes ago will be ready. She walked to the back counter,grabbed a bag that's been sitting there the entire time I've been waiting and tells me it's ready. She hands it to me, I leave abit frustrated that my subs are now cold and the fact that I waited for no reason. But wait, it gets better. As I exit theparking lot, I get a call from Firehouse subs saying my payment did not go through when I placed my order. Now this is MY fault?They expected me to turn around, waste MY gas, to return to the store to pay for my order when it was THEIR app that caused theerror. Being the honest person that I am, regardless of the TERRIBLE service I received through this ordeal so far, I turnedaround and went inside to pay. I requested to speak to a manager. The manager was working the line making sandwiches (and wasthere the entire time I was originally waiting for my order).
