This is the first time I've ever been to a firehouse Firehouse subs fast food place and this is my honest review when we walked... in it took us a minute to figure out where to order from there must have been six people in there and it was they where disorganized The tables were dirty they took our order and didn't mention to us how are where to collect our order, I walked upto the counter and asked how do we pick up our order do you deliver it to us at the table do you bring it to us to the counterdo you call our name I don't know how you give our food to us our food came 22 minutes after we arrived with seven peopleworking I think they probably could have got it to us a little faster but they didn't it looked a little disorganized behind thecounter were six or seven people were walking around each other continuously, the place didn't seem like it was very homey as aplace that you could just sit down and enjoy a family gathering, I ordered the half brisket and the macaroni the brisket wasokay it wasn't great the macaroni was awful I felt like I was eating raw pasta macaroni very chewy my son ordered the chickensandwich and he said the tastiest part of his sandwich was to pickle we paid $25 even for a meal and I'll be the first to saythat I could have gotten subway for $18 and had a much better meal will I go there again probably not. Rude as heck for one. Second, I asked if my sandwich was suppose to be hot and their response was it comes how it comes. Says... the bread comes toasted and they press it unless told otherwise. OKAY THEN WHY IS MY SANDWICH COLD!! Horrible experience. Neveragain. Not to mention their soda machine was DISGUSTING WITH MOLD. And staff just gossiped and gossiped while customers in thestore. The sandwich was ok at best. I ordered a smoked turkey and cheese not toasted. The bread was NOT fresh! It crumbled like it was... old. I asked for peppers, onions, olives?they barely put anything on there. The best thing about the meal itself was the pickle.The girls that worked there were very nice! It?s a cute place, but that?ll be my first AND last time there. A hugedisappointment. I had high hopes considering the reviews. Save your $15 No thank you, I have no desire to go back. It was awaste of gas, money, and time. There?s nothing to resolve as I won?t be back. SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME, GAS! Even a Publix sub isbetter. Read more
