This was my first visit to this location. It was nice... they had a little sitting area with comfortable chairs similar to what... you'd see in a starbucks. The hot chocolate was good. The only odd thing was the slight delay I had at the counter. It was likethe two employees behind the counter didn't even acknowledge my presence for a minute or so. I go here, literally, everyday. They have top notch customer service and make my iced latte exactly as I like it. If not, they... will make it correctly with no questions asked. Great management. Read more
Coffee after taste is awful. Our 3 coffees are not sweet it all. The remake our hot coffee because they put ice cold milk with... out steam. Any way we Couldn?t drink any. Waste of money and time! Read more
Coffees weren?t mixed well and were WAY sweeter than usual (almost disgustingly sweet and I love sugar so that?s rare for me to... think). Stuffed bagel bites were cold in the middle. Staff was nice at least. Read more
This location provides service that is expected of Dunkin? Donuts. I would even say exceptional service. The interior is clean... and organized. The store looks very clean. This also includes the restrooms which is very important to me. I do wish that thehand sanitizer machine actually works. This is not true in many restaurants . They may have several machines for hand sanitizingbut most of them are broken and empty of sanitizer. Aside from that I have absolutely no complaints about this location. I leftthis out but I have to say this because of the service I received I enjoyed going there because the staff actually looked happy.Truth. Everyone seem to enjoy each other as they did their work. And their work was very busy. I would recommend this restaurantto anyone. Oh wow I forgot the lounge area. There was an alcove that had very comfortable chairs with shelves on them were aperson could put a laptop to do work. That area has plenty of electric outlets. As usual, this Dunkin? can be pretty hit or miss. At this location, I?ve had some awesome 5-star experiences with really nice... workers. Yet, I?ve also had less than tasteful trips that were maybe 2-star worthy. So it gets a nice overall 3 stars. I trynot to get commercial coffee all the time- usually I like to support local coffee shops if I?m going out. But, if I have achoice I?ll go to Dunkin?. Their frosted coffees are actually super good. No flavor, just a lovely coffee icee that can wipe thefloor with Starbucks. Really. Plus, if you?re gonna have a commercial coffee you may as well go all out and get a donut too!Something about those chocolate glazed are just too good? The refresher/ lemonade drinks are also a fun change up if you don?twant coffee. Although I did visit one time and try to order one and the worker not so kindly let me know they were out ofbasically everything to make them. It was weird, honestly.
