My experience here is terrible everytime I go there. Apparently nobody that works the opening shift likes to be there. Nothing... is ready and they are rude at 5:45 am. I was there yesterday morning and was at the window waiting while the lady was eating hersausage and asked what I ordered and I told her. She then asked if I ordered it and I replied yes that's why I'm here at thewindow. The owner really needs to do something or at least read the reviews. Maybe hire a manager /employees that want to workand care. Dont really know why I or anyone keeps going back. Not a great way to start anyone's day. Do something Owner!! Read more
So the first time I went through the drive thru, no one came to the speaker to take my order. I had already went well out of my... way to get to a Dunkin to get donuts for my team. Since no one came to the speaker, I decided I would just drive to the windowso I wouldn?t hold the rest of the line up. I get to the window and the young man starts to hand me a coffee, I politely toldhim no one came to the speaker to take my order. I just needed to order a box of 1 dozen variety donuts. He looked at me verypuzzled. I said I?m sorry I didn?t want to continue to sit there and hold up the line. I can also pay cash if that helps. Hesaid hold on let me ask my Manager. He came back to the window and told me that his manager said I would have to go back aroundand get in the line again because I?m holding everyone else up. At this point I am the puzzled one! I said excuse me pleasesend you manager to the window. He paused starting at me for several seconds and said hold on. He walks over then comes backquickly to the window and says she said she is too busy taking orders. At this point I?m appalled by the lack of care concernor customer service granted by this establishment. I swore I would never return. Well being the hood hearted person I am Idecided to try again today and grab some donuts for my team since they have been working so hard preparing for the storm. So allwent well, the girl at the window was a sweetheart! Very nice young lady. I thought man what a difference?.until I get to theoffice, open the box of ?variety? donuts for everyone only to find it was NOT variety because there were 7 glazed donuts, 2pumpkin, 1 blueberry, one jelly and 2 chocolate cake donuts. How is it a variety when you put 7glazed donuts in the box?? If Iwanted straight glaze I would have asked for them. The box also says Happy Monday. Today is Tuesday??????? When asking if they could put my donuts in a box so that the chocolate wouldn?t come off them, I was told no they won?t do that.... Every time I order two Boston cream donuts they always throw them in a bag and put napkins on top of them. They have no customerservice etiquette and always rude. They are always so slow have no since in urgency. Constantly waiting in line for over 15minutes. When you say thank you to them they just look at you and turn away. Very rude employees. Seriously,more like -5 stars...Used to come thru 3-5 times a week, now I refuse to go to this location and rather drive to 98N.... Two days in row, I had to wait on the road (in line while there was an order taker outside) for almost 25 minutes! Just to get aextremely watered down cup of cream and sugar with a splash of coffee. Is there training here?? Ordered a bagel both days, andwas really disappointed. Who ever was making food before 10 am on 8/7 & 8/8 needs to be retrained properly. Cream cheese wasliterally on one side of the bagel then smashed together. This location has gone down severely within the last month or so.Wouldn't go back for a water cup if I was on fire.....it would take a half hour anyways. Read more
Since when did you make latte's like this? Went through drive through an ordered a large iced latte, 5 pumps caramel swelling, 2... sugars and an extra shot of espresso. And this is what they gave me? Told the girl at the window it was incorrect I ordered aice latte and she replied, well it has an espresso shot in it. What? If I wanted a ice coffee I would of ordered one. I can'tdrink cream so that's why I order a latte cause it's with milk. And they wouldn't remake it to a latte. Beyond disappointedwith this. Read more
Well, whether you are a Dunkin? fan or not, you can expect a pretty consistent product and service at this location. Personally,... I enjoy the coffee a lot and their donuts, especially the chocolate glazed donut and the pumpkin donut when it?s in season. Andtheir prices are pretty hard to beat, especially compared to Starbucks down the road. This particular Dunkin? is in an oddlocation, it?s kind of crammed onto a busy road and there?s barely any parking, and when you do park it?s really hard to get outif there?s a line for the drive through, which is fairly often. The drive thru can also be extremely slow. I mean sometimesupwards of 20 minutes just waiting in your car. They did just recently completely redo the inside and outside, so the buildingsitself is a lot nicer now and more clean, which is cool. Basically, if you like Dunkin? then this will store is just fine andwhat you want, if you don?t like Dunkin? as much then probably don?t come here. Simple as that. Read more
I visited the establishment last night around 7pm and ordered 7 hot chocolates. I didn?t think to check them before leaving... because I?ve never had an issue before. I got home and as my children sipped their hot chocolate, they had a face of disgust. Iopened each of their lids and their hot chocolate was completely watered down. I?m sure the employees were aware of this as theyfixed my order which frustrates me because I paid for what I paid for, the least you can do is your job and give me what I paidfor. SMH. Do better.
