The best part of this Denny's location is Melissa. She is by far the best server we've ever had at any local restaurant. She's... very attentive and has the a great personality. The food is good too but it's Melissa that draws us in. Outside of Melissa'sexcellent service, we've never had any issues, our food is always timely and hot. Read more
We visited this restaurant for breakfast after more than a decade of not going even though it is near our house. We were... pleasantly surprised. It has been remodeled and the menu was fresh and inviting. And my Philly steak omelette was very good, itit was quite tasty and had plenty of chunks of steak not just shredded meat as most others do. We will go back and even try itfor dinner because that menu looked appealing also. Read more
It?s my birthday month and Denny?s sent me a nice email for a free breakfast, so why not?! I sat at the bar - it had a very... nostalgic feeling to it. Apple was my server and she was fabulous, so prompt, polite and helpful. I ordered the biscuits andgravy with my over easy eggs and bacon. The food came out quickly, was fresh and warm, and very tasty. If you?re in the Lakelandarea, I would definitely stop by to see Apple and crew, and enjoy a old fashioned breakfast. Read more
You guys, all I can say is WOW! It's so nice to be able to get a delicious salmon dinner with zucchini and squash, and broccoli... at 6am. The food was amazing, so kudos to whoever was cooking this morning. Our server, Taylor was such an absolute sweetheart,and she kept our coffee and water full. Our food tasted fresh and perfectly cooked. The portions for the price was trulyawesome. We will definitely be back. I used to go to this Denny's a long time ago, and it turned into a tragedy. I have not beenthere for a long time. But now, it's wonderful. The restroom was clean. I'm impressed all the way around. Read more
Been going to Dennys for 40 years and never had this horrible of an experience. Had a waitress that kept leaning over our table... and food with an overly large old sweat jacket on. Continuously putting her sleeves in our food, and on the side of the plates, was absolutely avoiding our table and not attentive at all acting as tho she didn't want to be there. She brought me hashbrowns that were so overly cooked it was like crunching on hard cereal. I asked to have them replaced after finally seeing herwalk by 10 min later and not being able to eat my meal together with my daughter. She took a deep breath as if we weredisturbing her and left the burnt ones on the table. She returned 5 min later, set the new ones on the table not saying a wordand left. My daughter and I wanted drink refills but the next time we saw her, she was dropping off the check. I was highlydisappointed and felt we wasted money and our time. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because on the way out, the waitressthat took my payment apologized for the lady, explained it wasn't the first complaint and was super nice. That's really sadtho.... it's not an experience I wish to pay my money for anymore tho. Read more
