The Ice Cream was fine, I mean it's Cold Stone and it's good. The problem with this location in particular is that they... consistently over-charge their patrons. You aren't supposed to get charged for your first mix-in yet, I aswell as all the peopleI was with that night got charged for that first mix-in. 9 people... I asked for a refund for the $2 which isn't alot but alasmoney is not easy to come by sometimes and I was refused a refund, but offered another mix-in, which I didn't want. This was only my second time at a CSC because they are expensive for what you get. Pros: They offer chocolate dairy free almond... milk ice cream. Cons: The slab where they mix the ice cream was a disaster. Cross contamination all across it because thepeople making it don?t get all of the ice cream or toppings off the slab. I understand if you have food allergies you probablywouldn?t go here anyway but the area should still be clean. They didn?t charge extra to add cherry and nuts on top that wasnice. Update: We went back a couple days later. This time the slab was clean. I ordered the dairy free almond milk ice creamand it was great. Read more
It's a great location within Lakeside Village shopping center. Around many shops & places to eat all within walking distance.... Also right next to Cobb IMAX Theatre. The employees were nice. Services was good. Ice cream was fantastic as usual. Read more
Cold Stone Creamery is a great place to stop for dessert, or just to have a cool treat on a warm summer day. There are plenty of... options available, with a variety of ice cream flavors from which to choose. Pre-packaged ice cream pints and quarts are alsoavailable. Love Cold Stone! I have been going to the creamery from since 2010! We had one in Virgin Islands, Georgia, and Florida and those... different spots have been so GOOD! They got rid of the (I believe it was called) White Chocolate flavor a while ago which wasmy favorite but now I switch between the Sweet Cream, Cheesecake, and Cake Batter with rainbow sprinkles or once in a whilewhite chocolate! Now, I mix the Sweet Cream and Cheesecake or Sweat Cream and Cake Batter and it brings back very closely tothe old White Chocolate I loved and miss! It always takes me back and make me feel very happy! The price is still decent and Ialways get a Gotta Have It with a Tub to take home and ENJOY! Read more
