They were quick to seat us and very friendly. The food was delicious as well.
First time visiting. Had a very nice meal for my wife's birthday. I had the ribs and coconut shrimp. My wife had the sirloin... and coconut shrimp. Both entrees very good. Portion sizes and price were more than fair. The ribs were cooked perfectly, verymeaty and falling off the bone. I really liked the BBQ sauce, sweet but not too sweet. My wife's steak was cooked to a perfectmedium, tender and flavorful. She really liked the rice too. Nice large butterfly coconut shrimp. Wasnt a fan of the sauce forthe shrimp, too sweet in our opinion. Ordered the Buffalo shrimp appetizer, it was good but unfortunately encountered anundercooked shrimp. Brought it to the server's attention, she was very kind and apologized and offered to replace, and themanager came over too and offered his apologies and offered replacement or another appetizer at no charge. We declined butappreciated their professionalism. We also liked the atmosphere of the restaurant, it was clean and modern, and not too noisy. We will be back. A lot of menu options to try. Had a gift card and decided to check this place out. Restaurant is very clean and has a nice atmosphere. Our waitress had long... gaps of time in between bring us drinks, taking our order, etc. I am totally one to understand if it's busy, but we ate a late3pm lunch on a weekday. Food was alright. They didn't have a lot of options I personally cared for, but that's a personalopinion. My fiance ordered the steak, and I had the Buffalo chicken wrap. It wasn't bad, I would eat it again. We ordered 2 meals to be picked up. They were hot and ready when they were picked up. They looked amazing and the portions were... good size. My hubby had the blackened white fish with rice. He said it was good not great. I had half rack of baby back ribswith chicken tenders, broccoli cheese and rice casserole and baby carrots. All of the food was good not great. But it was a lotof food meant to have leftovers for dinner as we are OTR truck drivers. We are older and our stomachs and taste buds aren?t whatthey use to be so take that into consideration when reading. Read more
Ah Cheddars? this is a really hit or miss place. Sometimes it?s great and enjoyable with good food and good service; other... times, it?s incredibly slow, lackluster food and an altogether experience to be forgotten gladly. I?d say Cheddars is on asimilar level to an Applebee?s or Chili?s. The prices are super cheap, but the food usually matches it. Not to say it can?t begood, but it?s nowhere near the above average. It is nice that they have a wide, and albeit random array of menu items. If youwant seafood you can have it, but if you also want pasta or a monte cristo or a salad, we?ll you got that too. Overall myopinion on Cheddars just isn?t high. This isn?t somewhere I choose to go anymore unless someone else suggests it or really wantsto. But if you just want to go out, have a lot of menu options for good prices then Cheddars definitely makes the list. Read more
Had a great meal with friends tonight. Food was great and service was pretty good, though I think the server was new as he did... not pre bus the table at all and kept a number of dirty dishes on the table. One of the party members had to mention somethingto him to get him to take away some plates. Otherwise, things were great. We were seated fairly promptly and the food came outin a reasonable amount of time. Read more
We tried Cheddars for the first time and we really liked it. I have not had a Mobte Cristo in many years. So when my wife saw... that on the menu she knew exactly what I was going to order. She ordered Lemon Pepper Chicken with carrots & Broccoli & Cheese.The Cresent rolls with honey butter were really good as well. We left filled and agreed this was a place we would return too.
