Really ridiculous I ordered the 2 for checkecburger with cheese with NO ONIONS and got 2 loaded with onions and no cheese and... loaded with salt. I ordered 2 for 4 fish sandwiches COOKED FRESH and recieved cold been sitting up fish sandwiches and this likethe 4th time that's happened with the fish. Whole reason I asked for freshly cooked. Avoid this place like the plague. Should have known from the 1st visit to not visit again,but I'm about giving 2nd chances. Long... wait times,horrible customer service,employees that like to argue with you and don't want to work. You receive the misfortune offeeling the brunt of their displeasure for the place of employment they have chosen,if u catch my drift. Read more
The clerk in the drive-through is not even aware of what comes on a sandwich I asked her if the checker burger comes with... cheese?? she tried to charge me to add cheese and I said the picture shows Cheese?? it doesn?t come with cheese??? she says nobut I looked online Google said it does the checker burger comes with cheese and he says yes it does come with cheese my Googlesearch reads I quote. ? Came through around 6:40. Girl with buzzed head was at window and a black guy with dreads in the back. The girl was nice but the... dude with dreads was absolute trash. Was super confrontational, simply ask for a ketchup for my fry?s and he scoffed, grabbedhand full and dropped it over my hand, half of which landed on the ground. We ordered cheese sticks and our sauce packet wasalready opened so we asked for another one and he was telling the girl not to give us another because he already gave us one,then mean mugged us the entire time. It is a pleasure to be waited on by someone who seems like they enjoy their job. Out of all the Checkers in my area I like this... one the best. The young man that works at the cashier is polite and very friendly. Other than the food being fresh and tastinggood I look for this at a fast food place. I think we all like to feel like we are welcomed rather than feeling like we'rebothering the employees. Kudos to the employees that work at this Checkers. Read more

The fries were very greasy and really nothing on them. The chicken sandwich was very greasy also and we were told it is Checkers... policy to drop the items 10 seconds before being done and then drop them again when the order comes in for them. I work in thefood industry and I have never heard of any other place having a policy like this. It has definitely made me not want to ever goto checkers ever again. Read more
We told the person on the intercom our order and they got it wrong. Tried explaining missing some sandwiches. The manager copped... an attitude and said no that's not what was put in. Then trying to explain what we wanted and gave us attitude. Asked her forher name and she said she didn't have to provide it to us to report her since she didn't have a name badge on. After she didn'twant to give me my receipt. Not going there again. Read more
