Did the survey for rhe "" free sandwich "" with purchase of a large drink, decided on rhe Big Buford, and ordered 2 Blt( $1.59... each) said I wanted the Big Bifoed as my free sandwich. After getting to the window the $1.59 BLT was my free sandwich. Iwould have never ordered the Big Buford if it wasn't going to be my free sandwich, so your Free sandwich will be the cheapestsandwich you order, not your choice. I will do another survey and say how wrong this is... sure it was corporates fault and notthese employees, their all nice. Read more
This location is normally on point with food being hot especially the fries. The burgers can be better as they are normally dry... as is with most fast food chains since they are prepped before you order. Read more
The night crew tonight was DEPLORABLE! Every other word they used was the F word whcih could be heard lous amd clear in the... drive thru. They mimicked customers as they ordered from the loud speaker. When I asked for tartar sauce the sarcastic responsefrom the Hispanic male on the fries, as he made a tantrum to get it was "anything else". The female cashier with no front teethdidn't know the prices on ANYTHING and kept saying I don't know to everything asked. Checkers on 98 N needs to do a better jobat hiring and training their employees. Also, i paid for a ranch cup and didnt get it. The sandwiches looked thrown together, nosauce, mayo, lettuce. Horrible service, so afraid to eat the food as I had to watch them to make sure they didn't spit in it.???? Read more
Let me start off by saying I love checkers as a whole but my experience that I just had there was so terrible I have to share... it. I don't know what it was it sounded like a young lady but it looked like it could have been a young man. But from taking theorder all the way up to snatching the card out of my hand threw me for a loop. I have nothing against anybody and their beliefsif you want to be this or if you want to be that that is fine I have no problems with it. But the name of the game is the gameit's called customer service. And when you make smart remarks towards me and act like I'm the biggest board to your day I don'tcare that you're understaffed. I have friends and family alike that are understaffed and they take it on the chin. I also knowthe excuse of well someone could have died in her family could be raised. But what if that was the case for me. What if someonedied in my family or something horrific like that and her attitude made me snap because it was just the wrong place at the wrongtime. Then both the customer and the employee lives would have been changed forever. Have consideration for other people. Been coming here for years, I can't recall a single time they messed up my order and it's always super fast. My dog loves the... treats and occasional ice cream! A big props to all the people working here, thank you for doing an exceptional job! Read more
Horrible, asides the missing items that I paid for ( used DoorDash) the drinks were wrong, the Large fries were the size of... happy meals fries, same with the sad scary looking funnel fries, Found bacon in my non bacon cheese champ and the Diet Cokewasn?t diet and all my Diet Coke fans know the difference!!! ZERO STARS!!!????????????Ordered an triple burger combo and 10pc wing angry Buffalo well done and I was told to park so the... wings can be cooked longer as I requested! waited 15 to 20 mins and 2 guys came out with my order one with the drink and onewith one bag. I had checked the bag and looked at the burger and was given the wrong burger so I showed the young man before hewalked off and he stated he needed the burger back to show the manager which was fine but then he walked off and started talkingto someone in a truck so I got out and went to the manager and ask him to make my sandwich and that his worker is to busytalking to friends with the wrong burger in his hand. Manager was very rude and then had someone else make the burger! Aftergetting home I checked my other items 10pc which had almost NO SAUCE checked was soft and discolored and NOT well done and somepcs was uncooked! I will try to post the pics if it allows me!
