Food was no prepped as ordered on the receipt. First the employees do not clean their knifes and transfer mayo and other... substances to food that do not require it. Then you tell them why are they doing it and they get bothered and so oh you need towait for fresh bread then. It was their error. Then we ordered the food with cheese and of course cheese on the sandwich. Youpay $42 for a decent lunch but the attention is not there. Read more
We tried the lemon pepper wings, Fiesta fries, Philly cheese steak, and my favorite the watermelon strawberry lemonade. Food... was good. Wings needed a little more seasoning but over fair. I aet here on today Monday 8 around 3pm I order a chicken cheese sub it was pretty bad the sub was missing a lot it barely had... any chicken no mushrooms the fries were so bad the taste bad and I had a sprite it tasted horrible it made me sick all afternoon???????????? Read more

So, about a week ago I went to Charley's, using the drive-through for the first time. I had seen the place and had been wanting... to try it because it looked good. That first order was not right, both of our sandwiches were not made correctly. So, I camehome and I wrote an email to corporate. Within a couple days John, the manager, reached out to me about it. He offered to makeup for the mistakes. Tonight, I went back to Charley's and spoke with John and reordered pretty much the same things we hadgotten the week prior. The food is really good! The cheese steak sandwiches, french fries, cheese fries...all of it was reallytasty. Our order was perfect this time and everyone enjoyed their meal. A big "Thanks" to John for reaching out to me so quicklyand offering a solution. I can't tell you how many times businesses just ignore negative feedback. Looking for a local gem. Charleys is your spot. Great options for cheesesteaks. Ordered the bacon cheesesteak with all the... fixings with a side of cheese fries. The break was fresh and the meat was tasteful. Recommend it if you are looking for a goodcheesesteak option. Read more
Charley's sits on the corner near the hallway to the restrooms. Ive eaten at another location but we've never ordered food here... just that addicting strawberry lemonade. We order two every time we're in the mall. I was taking pictures and the staff werevery bubbly and energetic about it... They were also genuine with their customer service. The next time I come to LakelandSquare I'll probably eat here. The philly and fries are the bomb, just a little spendy. Read more
