I?m fed up finally. This Burger King has the worst customer service & they?re consistent at it which is the sad part. It?s sad... that it?s the manager with short hairs & glasses that?s the worst. She?s very condescending and has a super smart mouth. You cansay thank you after all their mess and they still will just look at you like you?re crazy when they actually forget items onyour order and you ask for them. This place ridiculous every time?? I use to love Burger king, But the buns are always stale, Seem really old and still they serve them to customers. The burger... taste freezer burnt and the sandwich all together is just thrown together. And how did they get so small and the price getbigger. Sorry BK but its time for us to part ways. Read more
They are always very understaffed. Not sure why they can't keep personnel. Seems there may be a management issue if unable to... keep personnel. So this causes service to be slow. Food comes out fresh, but it takes a long time to get it. Please don't usethis location for your $40 and $60 orders of fast food. Why stress an already short-handed manager? The cooks don?t know how to read the screen. I?ve ordered burgers and added on some things, but when I get the burger, it only... has what I asked to have added and nothing else. There have been times where I had to have them remake it three times afterclearly stating to leave everything on and add what I?m asking yet they still can?t get it right. I?ve ordered side food itemsand they forget to put them in the order and then argue with the cashier saying I didn?t order the sides. I can understand ithappening occasionally when it?s busy, but I never come when it?s busy. I think I?ll start driving a little out of the way to goto a different Burger King from now on. State of the art brand spanking new location employees very enthusiastic quick service, friendly, courteous, and clean inside... and out. Available dining in or take out plus drive thru service here. Spacious parking lot lovely curb appeal. All covidprotocol being followed mask, disinfecting all the surfaces, etc. Ordered breakfast for myself and my wife food was like mosttimes I come to a burger king quality and flavor excellent.
