Order a freshly cooked Whopper to take out and when I arrive home to eat, it was terrible! Taste like it came from the warmer,... was bland! I called this Burger King to complain and ask for a refund but the phone service was always busy! Read more
Terrible. The orders were not picked up because lobby closed. Staff busy smoking outside because they cant find workers. And... because of inflation, refund was refused. Only order in-store so you can check the order was made correctly and picked up. Ifthere are any issues, you will not get your money back. I used to like burger king but thats only because I dont order enough tosee their horrible operations. Read more
This Burger King is by far the worst. Customer Service is trash. I waited 30 minutes for my order. Then I had to wait additional... time because the employee at the drive thru wants to chit chat with the car in front of us. Had nothing to do at all about theirorder. Then she wants to tell me that my Manager wanted me to inform you that we are out of The Chicken Sandwiches. Well whydidn?t you tell me that when I was ordering? I actually was quite pleased with my service and overall experience. Sandwich was very fresh fries were fresh and hot. Not... overly salted. Person on the intercom was playing and clear to understand and the lady at the window was polite and helpful. I've always enjoyed BK even when it's not up to par. Those breakfast hash rounds just get me every time. Love the app coupons I... use them when ever I go there. I just have one question how many sandwiches can one egg make for BK? Today's eggs was thinnerthen some canvases I used before. I mean I didn't even know you could cook eggs that thin.
