I would like to thank your night manager for accommodating me in my oversized work truck. Although your main lobby was closed... your manager actually came out and took my order. The wait in the drive through was very long. My card was charged for the wrong order and the worker couldn't figure out how to... credit my card so cash was given. My order simply wasn't even made and I had to wait for a #1 combo which is the most popularitem on the menu. At least my food was hot but I was late returning to work. Read more

I had been working all day so it was after 7 pm and I very hungry. On my way home I saw Burger King and decided to stop in for... their Original Chicken Sandwich. I remembered that I had coupons so I used the coupon for 2 sandwiches and 2 medium fries foronly $5.49. That is what I would have paid for only one sandwich without the coupon. I went inside and placed my order. Theymade my food exactly how I asked and it wasn't busy inside so I didn't have to wait very long. Thank you! Read more

I was hassled by the manager for pulling into the empty parking lot to eat my food. It was 10:30pm, and I had only been there... for a couple of minutes, but she had made me so uncomfortable that I left anyways. She should also let the cashier do her job inpeace. Read more

The manager does not know how to use the burger king app!! They are really slow and don't answer questions when u ask them.... Stupid people should stay home and not be the managers. When i ask you something then don't roll your eyes and walkaway. 45 min to go through the drive thru just to have my food thrown at me becaused I asked what the issue was. I counted at least 4... people working, come on its fast food where it takes less than 5 minutes to put an order together. I was told I should bepatient I think waiting 45 minutes is very patient and entitles the customer to an apology for the extensive wait and anexplanation for the delay and a thank you for being patient and waiting 45 minutes without having their food thrown at them outthe drive thru window. Sunday at 9:25am. No one in restaurant, few people in drive thru. Ordered #3 breakfast menu combo. Repeatedly tried to talk to... cashier but she ignored my questions. Stood waiting for food for 10 minutes. When got my food, it was cold, cheese wasn'tmelted. Nothing about my sandwich was even warm-cold egg, ham, bacon and sausage is not appetizing. Yuck. Side note: Mediumsize ice coffee is same size as a small fountain drink. This is normal at all Burger Kings. Read more
