It took forever to get our food! We had wait at least a hour to get our food. The lobby wasn't even accepting orders. The lights... were off in the lobby and each car in front of us took nearly twenty minutes per person.. Read more
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Got off work hungry and exhausted, so I wanted a shake to go with my meal. (Went through drive thru) the... lady says ?our shake machine is down?. Ok I?m thinking whatever I?ll be fine. It took them 25 min after me ordering for me toeven get to the window and pay. I ordered whopper and fries no salt. When I got the bag there were about 6 or 7 fries in theBOTTOM OF THE BAG. And I pulled in a parking space to start digging them out of the bottom and put them back in the frycontainer and they were cold and literally BROWN. We waited 20 minutes for our food. When we got it we had to ask for our Ice Tea. I ordered a double whopper no bun, tomato, or... onion. It came with a bun and all the fixings. I had to bring it back up. I am allergic to wheat so I ordered it that way.. Theynever offered any condiments so I had to go up again. Garbage was over flowing and many were just Standing around. Since there's a variety of reviews I had a good experience. Got it made done in less than 5 minutes with being the only one... inside eating while everyone else was ordering through the drive through, wish more locations in the Bradenton and Sarasota areawould. Order was done accurately and they take the App for orders. Will be stopping here again when it comes time. Read more

Came in for my food - the drink machine wasn?t mixed well so we asked the man in the white shirt for a drink from the front and... was ill advised and spoken down to. The Asst manager gave us the refund for our food. The lady with the braid up front toldthem to microwave our food and told my husband to go sit down. I understand times are hard but customer service is somethingeveryone has to be apart of and effective communication goes along way and prevents these 1 star reviews.
