I was greeted with the rudest young girl and customer service making us feel awkward. Just because they are nearing closing... doesn?t mean they are closed. I had a very negative experience on 8/4/22. My ice cream was melted and running down the cone. I told the girl at the window who... served me the ice cream is melted and not supposed to be this way, she looked at me dumbfounded and said, it's the kind of icecream it is, she shut the window and WALKED AWAY!! Bruster?s is a great ice cream stop! A nice one to live close to, or maybe not so nice because then I always want to go.. it?s a... classic walk up ordering window and wait for your sweets, then sit and enjoy them in the outdoor seating area. There are lotsof ice cream flavors and ways of having your ice cream. You can even ask for a pint or quart to take home and they scoop itright there for you.
