Horrible customer service today Friday, August 5, 2022 around 11:45 am in Saint Augustine FL. My wife asked to the employee for... an EMPTY soda paper cup and she made us pay $ 2 for it. Then I tried to buy some pretzels bites and I asked for a specific cupin front of the window, she refused to give it to me BECAUSE she "couldn't reach it".... at that point I walked away .....brutalservice.
