Ordered a milkshake and a sundae through Uber Eats. The sundae was fine, the milkshake was completely melted. It seemed like the... shake sat out for a while before being picked up. Delivery was priority and it only takes 8 minutes to get to our house. This isnot an Uber issue, it is definitely a Baskins Robbins issue. Read more
Horrible experience. Went there at 530 in the afternoon. No waffle cones available and even though there were 4 people behind... the counter not one person helped us. Stood there for 5 minutes and was completely ignored. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Read more
Staff was rude. Some ice-creams looked that at some point it had melted and then frozen again. When I asked for the flavor of... the month on a cone they told me that it needed to be in a cup because it was melted. There were flies all-around so I ended upleaving to another location. Read more
Advertised having flavored ice cream and yet didn't have them. Even called and asked and they said yes until I got there. Also... tried my boyfriends and almost had an allergic reaction because I said no peanut butter or peanut products and there was some inhis and my kiddos. Not going back ever. Blender doesn't work. You don't have a lot of ice cream flavors in stock. No sprinkles. Only one type of cone... Third visit.... How are y'all still open? I'll stick with the South side location or Dairy Queen. Read more
I went to the store with my daughters so one could pick out a cake for her birthday. I did this in September and had no issues.... The staff today were beyond rude. The first girl flat out said they didn?t do anything like that and never had. Once I told herthat I?ve ordered a custom cake from them before she backtracked and claimed it was her first day. The next told me they nolonger did custom cakes at all. As I tried to show that the website says they did, she walked away and said do it online. I havenever been treated so disrespectfully as a customer. My daughter was looking forward to picking out a cake like her sister haddone just a few months ago and was heartbroken that she couldn?t do it. I understand that services change but websites shouldn?tadvertise a service that?s no longer being provided. i can say I'm a expert on Capuchino blast normally i get to buy one every day or so i like the cap, BUT this location is making... the capi very bad with low coffee flavor an lots of ice, if you know the real flavor of the original capi then you're gettingrip off buying at this place, that's why lately i been going the the Baskin Robbins at downtown Lakeland. good luck!
