It is one of our grandchild's favorite establishment to eat at if he had his way he would eat here continuously 24/7 love to... ring the bell can't beat the atmosphere and he loves the refills of his drink keeps his glass bottomless. Parking is plentifulthey have wheelchair accessible parking as well as wheelchair accessible entrance the staff is very professional the area isclean except that this visit the men's restroom floor was wet as can be don't know if they had some kind of a leak but it surewouldn't hurt to do a little cleaning up in there Read more

What a joke. Went in at 3:00 pm. There was 3 people ahead of me in line and the drive thru had a few cars as well. There was 4... people who?d already ordered waiting for food. The people preparing food we?re working hard. The others were staring at thescreens with their backs to the customers. Two of them looked like they were playing patty cake and giggling. They all lookedconfused. Not one time did anyone acknowledge the line of people or thank them for their patience or they would be helpedmomentarily. Absolutely nothing at all. The lady who was next to place her order kept saying how she had trouble standing for along time. No one cared. Why they couldn?t just take her order so she could sit down is beyond me. She was clearly in pain. Theolder couple in front of me gave up and left and so did I. There was a few people behind me so hopefully they actually got toeat. Read more

Last night my family and I chose arbys as our dinner after a long day. I get to the order box in the drive through and am... greeted very politely and informed they are very short staffed and they will be right with me. Not only was every item that wegot made correctly, but everything was in the bags and hot and delicious! The managers name was Ricky and I wasn?t able to catchthe one other worker that we had seen?. But I wanted to say how amazing their teamwork was last night. It?s a shame that theywere put in that situation but they absolutely rocked it. Unbelievably rude manager in an untenable situation with a very long line. I don't usaully go to arbys for food so i decided to... ask someone for help, i should not have done that. every question i asked was met with a snarky remark and it really made me notwant to stay there. the person who i asked was Ricky and it just proves how he clearly should not be working in any customerservice job. it seemed as if he did not want to be there or help anyone! as i was waiting for my food after his horrible servicehe just stood there doing nothing whilst everyone else scrambled to get everything done! i am appalled at the service i receivedand I won?t ever go back to that store. Went to try the new burger. Wall photo showed this very thick burger done med. Mine was half that thick and well done. It was... good just not the wow factor as advertised. I much prefer their roast beef. Read more

At this point was in drive thru for nearly 30 minutes and did not move at all. I pull out of drive thru to park and go in. No... one is taking orders up front. I was Atleast 10 minutes before I ask someone who is going to take these peoples orders and girlbagging orders said ?I don?t know? and she asked another coworker, I mentioned drive thru has not moved in a while also. Thecoworker said ?don?t worry about them, work on orders? as she pointed to the line of people waiting. The girl was working ongrub hub style orders. I left and a few people followed me. I get it, lines are long, not many people wanting to work althoughthere were a lot of workers in the kitchen.. but the customer service could have been ALOT better. Read more

I love the Reuben here, but I just payed more money for the "double beef" and got the same as the regular one. Slow service even... though I was the only one at the dining room. Dining room was dirty, customers had to clean their own tables (booth, chairs,seats). Great location and beautiful dinner room. Read more

Uhh well let's start by girl on speaker was rude. Then we waited I ordered a number 1 with curley fries and a French dip qith... curley fries this is what I got and where cold as could be. My moms French dip barley had meat. I was pretty disappointed cause the price of the food and the service.amd meals I got.
