Our drive through order was screwed up. We paid for items that weren?t in the bag. It looked like everything was there but found... it when we got home that stuff was missing. Why can?t people do the job they are paid to do! Very disappointed. You took mymoney. I called to let staff know they messed up my order and they were rude to me and not understanding! Had an issue with an Uber Eats order not being picked up because the driver claimed they were closed. Called them up and talked... to a lady (wish I?d gotten her name to give her a shout-out) who explained what was going on which was totally not their faultbut the initial driver?s and their system. She was super honest and I really appreciated that since it helped us get the UberEats situation handled without being charged. We always receive 10/10 service here and love this Arby?s! Read more
Good place to go pick up some great lunch. Especially if it's on the corner of Hughes and University. Best Arby's food in town.

Worst arbys food EVER. The meet was old, hard and gummy. They don't have dine in so I'm sure they don't get many customers and... that's why the food was nasty. I wouldn't have even given it to a homeless person. I had a free meal card to make up for amistake at a different arbys and this just made me realize I'm never going to this or any arbys again.
