My Wife and I decided to go to Applebee's in South Lakeland for an early dinner. We Absolutely loved the food and the value was... spot on for the quality. I live close by so order take out kinda regularly and the last 3 times have just been not up to par. Paid for extra Alfredo... didn't get that my brocolli tastes burnt and I definitely ordered garlic potatoes and that's not what I got Read more
Good quality food, friendly staff and their hospitality. Very cozy atmosphere suitable for dining dates or sport fans hangout... with multiple TVs around. A little bit pricy for the food provided but still acceptable. Everything is clean including restroom. Read more
Worst Applebee?s in Lakeland. My daughter loves Applebee?s spinach artichoke dip. We ordered fries and wonton and our food... literally took 35 min to come out. Aurbree was our waitress, (very rude) Not good customer service at least be apologetic aboutthe situation that your kitchen only have 1 cook.(which we was told by another waitress) we will never ever come back to thisrestaurant ever again! I would give them higher but, we sat on the patio with our 4lb yorkie. AFTER I CLEANED THE NASTY FLOOR!!! It's not inviting!... Nasty tables I had to clean, cigarette butter all over the patio. Food on tables and floor!! The server was good and so os thefood! But no TVs, just filthy!! We had 2 beers and a dip! Had to leave!!! Keep in mind I had brushed away all the filth in ourarea!!!
