90% of the the time, pizza is best in Lakefield. Tried them all. Sometimes communication issue, depends who is taking order,... rare. OVERALL, 4 ???? New reviews: Ordered Hawaiian pizza, add double cheese and pepperoni. Picked up. It was tasteless, noteven Hawaiian, no pineapple, no ham. Called to complain. Manager stated, that I refused to return pizza. Driver came to pick uppizza, for a remake. A few days later, ordered remake, again pizza was missing cheese. Pointed out to pizza cashier. No time tocomplain or fix again. Remake, was the same, this time there was 3 or 4 pieces of pineapple and a sparse amount of ham, sotiny. Too bad, I know it is hard to get experienced workers. Went from 4 Stars 90% of the time to one star. Completefail. Never returning. Here is the thing, I worked as management for 7 years in Pizza. Blue Seal registered licencedCook. Sanitation license, 20 years in kitchens. My resume was rejected, when looking for work. This was worse that PizzaHut. Across Canada Pizza Hut downsized, due to cutting back on quality of pizza. No wonder, the are closing Monday, Tuesday, andWednesday. Not due to staff shortage, rather getting the right staff, or the appropriate training. Dough was done well, toppingswas very limited. I was willing to oversee, the first mistake, to remake it, equally wrong. I cannot keep giving chances. Noteven if it was free. In my experience, you can have 20 cooks and get 20 different results. You get a good cook to lead. Notrookies to run the show. Never re-ordering. Even after the second time ordering chicken wings. Was a fail. How does anyone failon chicken wings? Pretty difficult, unless the wings were cheaper product. Or cook cooked longer than 7 minutes, above 350 F. Read more

Family-owned. Excellent customer service. Great place to pick up a pie and head to the cottage or by the river for a picnic
This is my second time ordering from Free Topping Pizza. Both times took over an HR to arrive. First time is showed up 1hr 25... minutes after being ordered and cold . Second time it was Almost 2 hrs and extremely cold. I am not impressed considering I'veheard nohing but good things about this place. Read more
There is a chain with the same name. So you end up thinking its free. I ordered 2 med pizzas with many toppings. $42 haha. The... dough was good. Won't be back. Read more
