Dunkin used to be really good but lately, for some reason, the quality of their coffee has gone down. The service is incredibly... slow for one coffee and its not even made properly. When I ask for extra syrup i barely get a single pump. Ridiculous. Read more
Regardless of a wet floor sign and a puddled soaking wet floor, my husband and I went to Dunkin today at this location right... around 10:45 am. Upon walking in, I slipped in the puddle walking in and fell. Bruising my knees and elbow. Normally, this wouldnot be so bothersome but I am pregnant, and the store staff was less than helpful. A very wonderful customer went up and askedif I was okay, and then proceeded to ask the front for ice for me. Which then was given none. The employees did not have a carein the world. What keeps a business running is the presence of an attentive staff. Again, there was a wet floor sign, however,if I were 8 months pregnant this would have been a 911 call, and not an incident. Upon calling the manager, she kept apologizingfor ?poor service?, this wasn?t poor service. This was purely lack of care and training on stressful situations. Do better, thiswas an awful experience. Dunkin? Donuts is Dunkin? Donuts, they basically all have the same donuts coffee and sometimes ice cream. What sets this a... Dunkin? Donuts apart is the huge eating area inside. Most Dunkin? Donuts have just a table or two but this one has about 20tables. It was extremely clean, the staff was very pleasant and it has a drive-through and as an added bonus the bathrooms areclean! whoever the guy is that works the night shift is SO RUDE. I?ve been here a couple times at night and NEVER had a good experience... with this guy. like??? he seems to be annoyed that people are bothering him and coming to the store. it?s ur job ms girl likerelax. not to mention my coffee tasted horrible. I had such an amazing experience when coming in today. There were three girls working so hard and were so kind to me. They said... their names were Leila, Aubrey, Anna. They couldn?t have been more friendly and upbeat! They had great service and were so ontop of everything. My smoothie was amazing!! 10/10!!! Read more
Was just in to this location around 3PM on 11/16/22. I had literally just placed my mobile order as I was walking in the... building. The employees were extremely friendly and on top of orders as I was walking back out the door less than a minute afterplacing my order. Thanks for the great coffee and speedy service!! Read more
